Fantastic experience: I started my fitness journey from a place of no fitness whatsoever. I have come so far in such a short time. The programs are scaled for all abilities and I have been made to feel like I can achieve anything and have had the right level of motivation and encouragement to keep it going. I totally recommend CrossFit Manaia to anyone who wants to get fitter and feel better.

Fantastic experience: What an awesome group to be part of, full of enthusiastic and encouraging members, and with two fabulous coaches who are able to keep me in check. Not a spring chicken, but not wrecked either. A perfect home from home.

Fantastic experience: Excellent fun and great place to for fitness. I have been doing CrossFit in Masterton with CrossFit Manaia for over 12 months, and whilst I am a tad older and creaky, the programs for strength and stamina suit me as they can be adjusted to meet any age or ability. A great place for kids to learn to lift too.
