F45 Training Timaru

Negative experience: Definitely has to be one of the worst f45 I have been. Terrible management, no motivation, definetly not worth your time and money. They need to check how amazing other f45's are and how their management is. Goodluck for the future if it's gonna carry on like as it is!

Fantastic experience: A gym structure that work for me, book in and turn up no waiting for your turn on machines or avoiding the scary exercises all with a great mix of coaches who motivate, guide and encourage you together with a great bunch of people to work out with. Highly recommend giving it a go!

Negative experience: The management at this place is absolutely shocking. No replies on every platform, no one answering calls or emails when need assistance. Pay a crazy amount each week for terrible service, very disappointed.
