Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE KX Pilates. The staff are incredibly friendly and positive, which sets the tone for the whole experience. The Pilates classes were top-notch, with plenty of options for all skill levels. The instructors are skilled and attentive, always willing to help find the right techniques for each person's unique needs. The studio itself is well set-up. I highly recommend KX Pilates to anyone looking for a great Pilates experience, I can't recommend them enough, especially with Kara and her team leading the way!

This has been my first time trying reformer Pilates and the team have been so supportive! Always on hand to provide encouraging help that eased my nerves instantly! Fantastic experience: Travelling from Australia, I joined KX Bethlehem whilst I was in the area and I’m SO GLAD I did. From the moment I walked in the door, the girls at KX were the most warm and inviting. Not only with fresh faces but noticing how they interact with their regular customers is a refreshing environment to be in. The team are very professional in all aspects of their business but know how to create a fun class dynamic whilst working out. If you have been trying to find somewhere new to work out, this is your place ! 10/10 recommend if you’re in the area.

Fantastic experience: So welcoming from the start. Such a pretty space too! The whole team made us feel relaxed. Kara and Sophie encouraged us to go at our own pace and listen to our bodies limits or injuries - anyone of any ability can tailor the class to their current capabilities. If you workout regularly, don’t think you won’t be a challenged , KX Pilates will definitely compliment your other activities and help improve performance!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy KX Pilates Bethlehem! Every trainer is very knowledgeable, passionate and motivating, and they also make you feel extremely welcome when you enter the studio. Every session feels very well put together, and I always leave with jelly legs (in the best way possible) They also have a very comprehensive schedule, which makes it easy to fit training into a busy schedule. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: As soon as you walk into KX pilates you feel so welcome. The staff are so friendly and positive and the pilates classes provide a wide range of options for all levels. Regardless of your fitness level and abilities, the staff will support you to do what works best for you and your body. The design of the studio itself is so well thought out, as well as all of the extra bits including soap, hair dryers and straighteners. Would highly recommend KX pilates to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Started classes here when they opened a few weeks back and loving it. It's just reformer pilates, no mat classes, so they do one thing and they do it well. Have seen both girls and guys in the classes and there is a lot of guidance on how to use the reformers correctly as there are two instructors per class roaming. Even just once a week, my body is responding and getting stronger. Love the App based booking system.
