Fantastic experience: From the start of my journey Juan has been nothing but supportive and motivating, getting back into a training routine was hard but with the help of Juan I’m looking and feeling better than I ever have. I’d recommend him to all those wanting to turn their lives around for a better and healthier lifestyle on some occasions my partner would join in on our training sessions and Juan was more than happy to adapt a workout that we could both do together, not only does he connect with his clients but is willing to go the extra mile to see you achieve you’re goals! Fantastic experience: Juan is an amazing personal trainer! He is very knowledgeable on diet, training and supplementation. As a bodybuilder and the current Mr NZ I would highly recommend him to anyone! He is a top quality trainer!
