Fantastic experience: I have been attending Snap Fitness Green Lane for about 6 months and have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. I workout there daily and train with their PT Tevita who always gives me the time of day and pushes me to my limits and more. I highly recommend getting a session in with Tevita and training with Snap Fitness as it is clean, welcoming and accommodates my busy lifestyle being 24/7.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Snap Fitness Greenlane for the previous 6 month. The facilities are first rate. Always tidy with equipment maintenance a priority. The Snap Fitness offer of free sessions with Personal Trainer Tevita were way more than I expected. Tevita took adequate time to carefully identify my personal ability, limitations, training goals and needs. Tevita was always punctual, polite and professional. Every one of my PT sessions was exacted what I needed. Thank you Tevita and Snap Fitness Greenlane.

Fantastic experience: Snap Fitness Greenlane is the amazing! I have been with them for about 9 months and it has been the best decision I have made. Big shout out to PT Tevita, I came from a background where I had no experience with the gym, Tevita has changed all that. I remember being very anxious when starting but after one or two sessions it wasn't even an afterthought anymore. Tevita is supportive, motivated and accommodating to my changing schedule. Highly recommend booking with Tevita! Also if you get a chance, attend his HIIT circuit class on Wednesdays!

Negative experience: DIRTY AS GYM AVOID THIS PLACE management team demonstrated a lack of professionalism, which was disappointing. WANTED TO TRESSPASS ME FOR FORGETTING MY ACCESS CARD GET STUFFED..... Furthermore he tired his outstanding to hurrase and bully a dissabled individual. Please remind your brother Tevita not offer violence or threaten anybody specifically a dissabled individual with crouches. ALL your equipment is always sweaty dirty or fully rusty. For $49.30 a fortnight definitely a rip off.
Hi Kiarash. We are not looking for conflict, we just want to state what has happened and do not wish to continue this any further. You have made false claims. On Monday 5th August, we terminated your membership and we are trespassing you from the gym for your abusive behavior towards staff. We have evidence such as messages of harassment and violence towards our staff, highly inappropriate. You had visit the gym yesterday with a GoPro camera and did not have consent from all members and staff present to have you film their faces on video footage. That has left everyone feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. Members have witnessed & we have footage of you running without crutches from the gym towards a vehicle on the road that picked you up as you left the premises yesterday. Staff have assisted you respectfully and professionally, however, you have been disrespectful & abusive towards us. At Snap Fitness Greenlane, we are more than just a gym. We are a great community. Everyone treats each other with respect and supports one another despite the differences in walks of life. We wish you all the best with health and fitness elsewhere. Positive experience: Strange location but gym isnt too bad, staff are good.
Negative experience: Not recommended, room is smelly / bathroom is not well mantainanced. Plus when I joined Steve told me the key is refundable. Now I cancelled, the other guy said no- key is not refundable.

Negative experience: Beware of Snap Fitness Greenlane. They engage in unethical and misleading advertising promotions where you think you have the opportunity to sign up for a time limited trial (eg $4 p/w for 4 weeks) only to discover you actually have to sign up for a full membership to actually redeem the offer with a high pressure technique at the time of enquiry. Not only that, the gym itself STINKS to the heavens of BO, it quite literally hits you in the face when you walk in there and is very off-putting. There doesn't appear to be any effective aircon and it has a very small and cramped feeling about it - no classes to partake in either. Overall- i'd say this is the worst gym membership experience I have ever tried. And they won't even cancel your membership when you determine its not the right gym fit for you. Certainly won't be recommending this gym chain to anyone I know.

As it says in our T's and C's - the $4 per week for 4 weeks is not a trial. We put this offer together as a gift for your first month of membership with us. We value all members and potential members who come through our doors, and do not participate in any unethical or misleading promotions. We apologise if you misunderstood our current offer, however we have always been honest about the terms and conditions of our offers.
In regards to your comments about our hygiene, please do be at ease to know that we thoroughly clean our gym and have a very in depth roster for staff and contracted cleaners on site. Our gym contains lovely smelling essential oil diffusers, as well as long lasting scents in our bathrooms renewed on the 1st of each month. Our aircon is running very well, and it is kept at 19 degrees at all times which our members always comment on how nice it feels. Our aircon is maintained by contractors who keep it flowing well.
We do have classes, which are held by our knowledgeable PT’s and can be seen on our class timetable at reception and by the functional area. We certainly do play by the rules and give members fair treatment in regards to cancellations and any other situations here at Greenlane.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Snap Fitness Greenlane for almost 2 years. I think . I’ve never had any issues with payments and staff always do their best to help with queries or exercises. I’ll also add, damn, this is the cleanest snap I’ve been to. Well kept space and equipment! Thanks to the staff for their genuine care for what they do, they’ve made Snap Fitness Greenlane into more than just a gym, it’s a community. As someone who started super shy and kept their head down as much as possible, to now exchanging ‘Sup nods and chatting with fellow gym goers - I couldn’t thank this team (and the members)enough for creating such a welcoming and comfortable environment for people of all skill levels and walks of life. Maybe you’re looking for a new gym, or maybe you wanna start going to one, I couldn’t recommend a gym more than I do Snap Fitness Greenlane. The people are 10/10
Negative experience: Worst customer service ever! I emailed to ask about a 1 month membership to see if I like it as I rehab from injury and they confirmed I could do it for $99 prepaid, but I had to come in during office hours. Understand that, so juggled everything around and came in at 12. They then said it was $155, not $99. Serious rip off for 4 weeks when the gym down the road offer $12 per week? Complete waste of time. These people are vultures with no interest in helping with people's well-being. Only interested in scaling every dollar possible from people! Adding in after the manager has emailed me asking me to change this review... I replied back saying the review is fair, quoted the email where I was told the price and he has accused me of lying. (When the words were quite clear there in front of him). He has called me rude (absolutely was not rude) and in the same email told me that all staff there treat everyone with respect (implying I don't I guess?). I've now had to stop replying to his emails as they are abusive. Definitely advise everyone to steer well clear of this gym! Not sure why people who deal with customers think it's ok to be abusive towards them!

Negative experience: Terrible experience, would not recommend this gym to anyone. Most months they have some error where they can’t take the payment from my credit card when clearly there’s is enough funds. Then I have to manually pay it on their website portal. Have asked them to look into this. At present, I have not been able to access the gym for close to 2 weeks. I made all my payments and am up to date. Seems they have forgotten to take some sort of hold off my card. Refusing access. Terrible experience and still have no replied to rectify the issue in close to 2 weeks. Stay away from this gym if you actually want to use your gym membership. Would rate it 0/5 stars if I could.
Negative experience: Tried to sign up to the 4$/4 week trial and was told that I have to sign up for a membership without trial and can only cancel after 4 weeks. So the actual offer ended up at around $60/ 8 weeks, which I thought was not quite clear from the 4$/4 week advertising. I ended up agreeing to it anyway as I was keen to try it but was told that I should look elsewhere as I wouldn't fit their "fantastic community." What a joke! Don't do it.

Fantastic experience: Pretty cool club with good equipment. Really nice jolly staff. Hunk of a PT who resembles Aquaman. Not as good as the Glen Innes branch because the only fast food option is Wendy's. Seriously though, great place to hangout and lift.
Fantastic experience: Are you wanting to join a gym, but lack the confidence? Are you tired of doing gym trials at places where everyone is already a 10/10? Do you feel a crippling level of low esteem that you constantly crack jokes but then cry in the car home? Okay maybe that last one is just me, well LOOK NO FURTHER Snap Fiddy G-Lane has your back! 1 year ago I walked in here like a scared puppy. Couldn't even look anyone in the eye. But I wanted to make a change for my physical and mental health. So I was booked in for some PT sessions with coach Steven. I didn't know it, but that man was going to change my life. I was met with nothing but kindness, support and even a little laughter from the very start. Snap Fitness Greenlane has a huge amount of diversity which was wonderful for me to see. People of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels were there doing their thing. All the staff remember my name every time I walk in. Over time my confidence and physical wellbeing changed like I never thought possible. I never EVER thought I would love going to a gym, but the staff here are absolutely fantastic. Best decision I ever made, cannot recommend these guys enough!!
Fantastic experience: Amazing facility! The staff are so lovely, always saying hello and were very informative when visiting for the first time. There’s a wide range of fitness equipment, there’s something for everyone whether you’re into cardio, weights, functional or all of the above. And my favourite, there’s plenty of on-site parking. Convinced both my mum and partner to sign up and they’re loving it too. :)

Club is very active, lots of challenges throughout the year. Highly recommend. Edit after cancellation due to moving house: They made it very easy for us to cancel our memberships and promptly refunded the unintentional direct debits. Still 5-star customer service.
Fantastic experience: The best fitness club around the area! Highlights (in my opinion): Nice and friendly staff! Safe and secure with survillance cams at every corner! Does not need pre-booking during the red trafic light setting Does not get over-crowded. Nice and friendly members. Affordable membership fees. Higher value to cost compared to other options in the area.

Positive experience: The snap Fitness green lane is in a great spot with plenty of parking. The gym facilities are good and well maintained with a good range of Cardio machines, free weights and resistance machines. A number of classes are offered but I have not tried any out.
Fantastic experience: Good size gym, the medium sized type. 6pm ish can be a bit crowded, but plenty of equipment to mix it up on. Nice facilities, shower pressure could be ramped up a tad , but I won't let that affect the rating.
Fantastic experience: I have recently just started back on my fitness journey and I have found the staff and management to be incredibly helpful and encouraging towards my fitness goals. The gym itself is high energy and has an awesome vibe every time I walk in, it’s my happy place where I feel I can achieve my goals and have fun at the same time. The equipment is excellent and I would highly recommend checking out this gym 10/10

Positive experience: Great gym. Would be nice if they had a few more barbells as you have the space and the amount of plates for it. I have seen people having to use the barbell from the bench press to be able to do squats.
Fantastic experience: I have been a member of many gyms around Auckland over the years often having paid a membership but not actually used it. Snap Fitness in Greenlane has changed that for me - not in a small part due to the amazing Manea who runs the gym. She's friendly, helpful and generally hugely welcoming and accommodating. There's great facilities and they're always clean and tidy. Highly recommend it!!!

It is modern and clean with a great range of equipment but what makes it really stand out from other gyms is the staff. They are such a fun, supportive bunch who care about your goals and journey. The PT staff and management are awesome and I love how they take a genuine interest in your goals and make it their mission to help you achieve them. For me, this gym is home away from home - it's a great place to train, the atmosphere is fantastic and the bootcamps are freakin' BRILLIANT! I mean, what other gym has a regular live DJ pumping sounds whilst you work out Seriously, this gym rocks!
