Fantastic experience: I’ve trained at a lot of gyms, and this one is by far the cleanest and least crowded. I never have to wait for equipment, and the staff are always friendly and helpful!

Fantastic experience: Good location near local shops and cafes. Gym floor is clean and tidy. equipped with heaps of machines and weights for all exercise needs. the staff are friendly and welcoming. And the best part - it doesn’t get too busy. Great gym.

Fantastic experience: I recently transitioned from City Fitness to Snap Fitness and I regret doing it sooner! Their equipment is always clean, orderly and AVAILABLE! There is a stronger emphasis on customer satisfaction and their team is very helpful and friendly. Very much worth the money if your serious about reaching your health goals

Fantastic experience: Great gym with an even greater Manager (Shannon). Has some much needed specialised equipment that you don't often see at other commercial gyms. Very well accommodated during my first session there. Cleanliness 10/10 with 10/10 vibes. Negative experience: The gym is fine, good equipment, clean and not too crowded. The problem is that it is like hotel California, you can never check out. Really hard to cancel your subscription. They just ignore you and don’t respond

Positive experience: Great when in-house, staff are great, the facility is great. The staff should enhance their responsiveness to emails and demonstrate heightened professionalism in their email correspondence.

You have met me but don’t worry I will not be back here again my first review maybe was a little harsh I apologise she is a nice lady but maybe the day I came in she just didn’t feel like dealing with anyone

Fantastic experience: Since joining Snap Fitness, I've been to many branches and Glen Innes is simply home to me and my partner. Not only because it's near and accessible for our lifestyle but also because of its community. Gym Manager Bri has taken care of us since we started and compared to all the other gyms we've signed up with, Snap simply is the best. The staff genuinely care, encourage and uplift you, and take pride in their work, which shows every time I come in (5-6 times a week). Coming to the gym used to be an awful experience and we never used to be able to stay consistent and disciplined – now I know that apart from great equipment, all it takes to progress in the gym is being surrounded by a genuine and supportive community who all root for you. We'll always be grateful to the team for making Snap GI our second home. Well done, team!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I met the manager at GI, it was clear to me that they cared about the members and had passion for the industry. Brigitte constantly goes above and beyond no matter if you’re a regular, or like me, pop into this branch every now and then. From offering guidance when mentioning a small ache or a new goal in casual conversation, to cheering on goals and encouraging inclusivity no matter your fitness level and abilities - It is a great place to be. I’ve visited quite a few different Snap branches and hand on heart the way Glen Innes and Greenlane are managed will have me choosing them every time. These people bring so much to the gym environment that make it more than just a building with equipment.

Fantastic experience: Epic gym. I am the old fella keeping up with my teenage lads and we love the place. We started up about a year ago and are here 3 to 4 times a week. Bri and Joe always welcoming and happy to help. Gym tidy and very chilled atmosphere.

Negative experience: Would never join a snap fitness again - nightmare trying to cancel and they continue to charge once the 30 day membership termination notice period has passed.

Good equipment and usually nice and quiet during non peak times.

Fantastic experience: Came in as a casual for a week while visiting family. Immediately greeted by one of the staff (Karl) who was really helpful, friendly and I was cracking into my workout in no time. Even gave me a quick tour of the facilities. The gym is immaculately kept and super clean. I was very impressed. I came in for 6 days and Karl was there every day welcoming me. Not a massive gym, but I was able to do my full sets and all the equipment was what I needed and all in great working order. Keep it up mate.
