Fantastic experience: i live in christchurch so this isn’t my regular gym, but i come here when i’m home for uni break. it’s always clean, staff are lovely too, and like all flex locations the equipment is high quality. i always enjoy my workouts here.

Fantastic experience: I recently went into flex to trial out the gym and as soon as I walked in Jinal was so friendly and welcoming. She showed me around the gym and was even kind enough to give me some helpful tips for certain machines. Really recommend signing up, especially if you’re a first time gym goer, I felt super at ease and comfortable during my trial.

Fantastic experience: First impressions…parking is easy, there’s a shake bar (yum!), it’s spacious and there’s a good variety of equipment. I also like the set up of the women’s bathrooms. The separate area to do hair and makeup is great :)

Fantastic experience: Coming from someone who doesn't really love having to go to the gym I have been now for 4 years, solely because I was luckily enough to fine this place. I'm definitely not a gym buff and carry around your typical dad bod, and can honestly say I have never felt uncomfortable working out at Botany Flex, the vibe and atmosphere is fantastic. Shane the owner is a top bloke and his staff Adrian and Shani are such great people and are always smiling and happy. Shane takes great pride in his gym and it is always spotless and kept incredibly well maintained.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing gym, moved from Flex Howick to Flex Botany and was 100% the best decision I made. Both Adrian and Shani are so so helpful and will do anything to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible every time you walk in. I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s a bit nervous to start a gymming as this is definitely the place to be to get your fitness journey up and running the right way! Fantastic experience: I really love this gym, have been coming to this gym for 4 years now and have to say i love the vibe, lay out and how clean it always is. This gym is always kept as tidy as can be, help is always given. In terms of the gym itself the lay out is great to me with not one but 3 squat racks and they're not in front of all the other gym gear it's a separate area which is quite nice as the gym can get quite packed and having some space to do lifts is nice.

The equipment are of great quality and there is a lot of space for you to do your big compound lifts without getting into others' space. Members are polite, respectful of your space and when you're on the machine. No hovering, or pressuring or rushing. Highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I felt compelled to write a review after thinking about my own personal epiphany towards my health journey. So it's in my hopes that if this review will help at least 1 person do the same, then it's a win for me. After gaining 10kg of fat during the last lockdown and losing all my muscle from doing absolutely nothing everyday, I made a life changing decision to join Flex Fitness Botany. I'm far from a fit gym bunny so would normally feel self conscious in what would usually be an intimidating space, but the atmosphere at Flex Botany is so welcoming to a diverse group of people, at all different ages and fitness levels which makes you feel at ease doing your own thing. I already feel more confident now, that in a short amount of time, I have seen some positive results. During staffed hours, you can always approach Adrian, Devon or Shane with any help which they are always happy to oblige. There is always ample parking available which has been a problem for my past gym memberships. Another cool feature is also a modern jukebox if you wanna select some songs to add to the gym's playlist queue. They also have vending machines with drinks and meals you might need for pre- or post workout as well as made to order, at very reasonable prices. Some have complained about the membership fee being high compared to other cheaper gyms, but for that little extra you're paying, the payoff is that the facilities are always cleaner, less packed even at peak hours so don't need to wait around using equipment, and to be real, the cost are covering the overheads and paying their employees decent wages, so you would be supporting your local NZ founded gym keep afloat during the crippling effects of Covid. Fastfood for thought: Instead of spending that $30 on takeaways chokka filled with calories, you can invest less than that per week joining Flex Fitness Botany, guaranteed to benefit your health instead....You're welcome **insert GIF of guy tapping his temple with index finger, smirking**

The equipment and bathrooms are excellent. Aircon is awesome. The other members are really great, no drama, no rude people and everyone is super like minded. So happy I switched gyms. Highly recommended. My husband and daughter joined with me and we all tend to go at different times and equally have found it be consistently good. Thanks Flex Fitness Botany really happy.
