Fantastic experience: I joined FiT when I was about 14y/o, since then I’ve tried a few other gyms but I always ending up coming back to FiT. No other gym has made me feel so welcomed and supported, not only by the staff, but the members too. I’ve never found any other gym that just feels like a family where everyone is treated with the same level of respect. My training goals have changed multiple times since I started training and every new goal I have, the FiT team is there to help me. For the last 6 months of training at fit, I have really surprised myself with the weights I capable of and finally falling in love with training for the fun and health side of it. I could not thank FiT team enough for this!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. Well equipped with all kinds of exercise machines. Lots of group classes to choose from at different times of the day to suit everyone. Lovely lady in the creche to look after your little ones. Sauna, showers. The gym has a lovely family feel and all types of people feel welcome there. It's the best gym in Cambridge!!

Fantastic experience: The fitness facility that offers it all. Having a Ladies Only Gym as well as a Unisex Gym is a big added bonus to all those ladies who feel like a bit of privacy when they workout. Love all the classes, especially being included in the membership FOR FREE! And the Personal Trainers....wow! Soooo good and fully qualified - absolutely everything Body and Motion offers is the best!
