Negative experience: Not a very good experience at all!! Sauna should have an out of order sigb due to needing a new light bulb for the past week+ Poor customer service & response when you finally get hold of them due to staff hours being limited (thats if anyone is there) Be aware of the 30 day cancel period - its the only gym ive ever heard of that locks people in for an extra month to get their $$$ due to no one wanting to go there or extend their membership Personally i would not recommend this gym!!! Stay away!! Better prices everwhere else & other gyms are much more lively when this one is practically a ghost town!!!

Fantastic experience: Awesome local gym, great classes and instructors!

Negative experience: Really bad. I came here to do a placement with a classmate, got a few days in. Then all of a sudden the owner stopped replying to us over messages and would never be there on site. We came everyday at different hours to come try get more hours in but no good. Then the manager messaged us almost in a scolding way blaming us for "not trying to get in touch" Ignoring every message we sent. We failed our placement and had to find a new gym to gain experience with. I feel the owner of this gym should have declined us in the beginning instead of trying to get out of letting us get experience and waisting our time.

Positive experience: Great gym friendly staff and patrons. Sometimes doors are closed when I go to my class and we don't have swipe cards for the class

Fantastic experience: I have been a member here for three years and I use the facilities very late in the evening. The personal trainers saw past my disability and just asked me what my goals were and how we can get there while also preventing injuries. The security staff who come in during the evening are very friendly and the facilities are clean. There is often fresh produce at the front desk from community members and there is no bullying. It doesn't matter what size you are everyone needs exercise and people are just doing their best.

Fantastic experience: This family run gym caters for all, classes are great and the gym has everything you could hope for. A friendly vibe to match. Reasonably priced. What more could you ask for.

Fantastic experience: I joined 2 days ago and have been both times. I highly recommend this gym over any. The owner and employees are awesome and super helpful. Great price for school students like myself. 10/10 Thankyou

Positive experience: Great staff, really good programmes given with membership, lots of classes. Heaps of equipment, recently installed boxing bags and speed ball. Morning child care is good too. Good clean mirrors as well
