The bee's knees and the elbows She actually listens, even when I don’t have the right physio terms or body part names - and somehow always understands exactly what I mean. She’s been helping me work through a few ongoing niggles, and is always happy to adapt exercises if something doesn’t feel quite right. Recently she’s introduced dry needling, which I’ve had before and found painful - but with Helena, not once have I been left sore or bruised. She really knows what she’s doing. With the winter shutdown at work, Helena has basically been the ambulance at the bottom of the hill - easing my “stressy back” and giving me space to just be. She never pressures me, even when I’ve been too slammed with long hours to keep up with my exercises. Always kind, always helpful. Can’t recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: Being able to utilize a team that is “multi-disciplinary” has made a world of difference for my recover from shoulder capsulitis (frozen shoulder). I have had a complicated recovery plan due to past surgeries. The skill, professionalism and genuine care shown by all those I’ve had contact with has been amazing. Coordinating between professionals within BPC has been a cornerstone for getting me back on track. I feel very lucky to have found them and would recommend without reservation.
