Negative experience: Kicked me out for going to hard and making too much noise. Was worried I was going to break their floor probably a good beginner gym but not for serious lifters

Negative experience: First impressions were very good I thought the manager and staff were very friendly gym clean and tidy . After putting my membership on hold due to back injury. My payment dates changed i I took on the chin, Then cancelled my membership I decided to go into the gym to have a chat with Lisa as the emails were coming across very rude. That's when I was told i was a lair she would have never told me that corporate memberships Have a different termination contract than standard members. And that corporate members get 2 weeks free. I asked her to show me where my 2 weeks free membership was because when I signed up I paid $200 part of that money was half of the membership Fee because I joined the afternoon of the 17th half way through the month the following months my Monthly membership was paid . I was told that that $45 covered me from the first to the 15th so if you join up on the first of the you should pay one and a half months membership ? The tone she Spoke to me in was unbelievable I was not going to argue with A brick wall. She couldn't even admit she was wrong about changing my payment dates even though it was clearly written on my form for the 15th .

And the bonus is you able to use your snap fitness card anywhere else in New Zealand but there is a snap fitness 24/7. David is a great manager.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely recommend Snap TA to anyone. Staff and facilities are awesome and am always made to feel welcome unlike some gyms I've been to in the past. Think the encouragement you get from Dave and his team to get to the gym is great too plus the competitions the run on the regs is always a winner.

Positive experience: Snap TA is a great community based gym with great staff and members! High levels of training from individuals and personal trainers who are always willing to help! Make yourself a better person and increase your fitness with a great group of gym members! From someone who hated the gym to going daily, I couldn't ask for a better group of friends!

Fantastic experience: 100% recommended!! I have bad anxiety and didn't have the confidence too do anything but after joining snap fitness my anxiety had decreased and my confidence has skyrocketed. The best support and the best encouragement not just from the staff but the members also. This gym has by far is the one to join if you love mega support and encouragement this is the gym for you.. with a wide range of equipment and classes. Even fun challenges to keep you motivated. If I can join while having low confidence and anxiety you can also. I guarantee you won't regret joining!!

Fantastic experience: Would have to be my new home gym because it's on the way home after work in the mornings. It also has good friendly staff who are always willing to help when needed. Gym has good quality equipment which not worn out and faulty. It's also well laid out and not too cluttered unlike the Frankton branch. Best Snap in Waikato for sure .

Fantastic experience: Recently changed from another local gym to Snap Fitness. I feel 100% at home at this gym and enjoy all the group fitness sessions on offer. Supportive and encouraging trainers, flash new equipment and good vibe in the place. Everyone is welcoming and friendly and its just a great place to continue on my journey, i dont feel judged or excluded!
