Fantastic experience: This is the dedicated gym for Hotel Elms. Its nice to be able to just scan your card and walk in and out. Has a good amount of plyo boxes, resistance bands and freeqeights for dynamic workouts.

Fantastic experience: Snap fitness papanui great environment and culture. Was nervous about returning to the gym. The team there have made such a positive environment bringing exciting stuff back such as the wall of honour having people come together and compete making each other better. Overall having a fantastic time here.
Negative experience: Started off really nice, loved the gym! However when I developed an injury and tried to explain to whoever it concerned, that I could not go gym and am a studying non working student, the guy in charge ignored me and told me there was no way he could refund or stop my payments which is in the rule book?
Negative experience: I have been attending this gym the last few years and used to thoroughly enjoy going however the last 12 months this is not been the case. I have noticed during this time the customer service have been particular poor. It appears that unless you not in this specific "clique" staff will not even acknowledge you when you walk through the door. This is hugely disappointing as a gym should feel like a welcoming inclusive place catering to everyone. In addition to an increase in membership prices I have made the decision to change gyms. Do better Snapfitness Papanui.

He was genuinely positive to deal with and gave me a sick high five when I was leaving. What a friendly place! Fantastic experience: Started at Snap three months ago and absolutely loving it! Great range of equipment, the team is lovely and check in every so often via text, and 24/7 access is a huge bonus would recommend

Positive experience: Bad experience... Bad review... Not a very good team ethic... Some good stuff ... I recommend doing the personal training As it helped me ... But I found some of the people there are abit arrogant , also another concern management sharing personal and private information /conversations* with other Gym uses , that go to papanui Snap fitness ... So therefore I would have to say because of the outcome of my experience there I do not recommend this Gym ✌️...

Hey Lewis, As discussed during your visit - Anyone 14 and over can join but in order for us to follow Health & Safety protocols, only 16+ are entitled to 24/7 Access. We would love to have you along to train anytime between 10am-7pm Mon-Thurs or 10am-4pm on Fridays. :)

Negative experience: If you want a gym with broken gear I recommend this snap, most people just throw the dumbbells so they feel unsafe
Negative experience: Awful when it came to ending my membership - completely hopeless in terms of answering the phone or replying to messages. Very happy to take your money but terrible communication when it comes to leaving.
