Snap Fitness 24/7 The Palms

Negative experience: They force you to come in person to cancel your membership. I have made the time time and here I am. I've been here for 20 minutes ago during the hours they are supposed to be open. No one has shown up yet

Fantastic experience: I have just joined. My first impressions have been very positive. I have never been to a gym in my life and I was sure I wanted to join a gym but a bit unsure about which one. I dropped into The Palms and was greeted by helpful, friendly and professional staff. The facilities seem great to this learner but I certainly think I have made the right choice.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. 2+ yrs in. Not the biggest or have every machine ..but it's not packed with people, getting on to equipment is fast. Awesome training crew , who really help their clients achieve their goals. Good vibes

Fantastic experience: I've been a part of this gym for over a year now and it's been one of the most rewarding things I've done for myself and my wellbeing. The gym is large enough to have all the equipment and resources I need but small enough to still have a strong sense of community and where I don't feel like I'm constantly on display. The staff and trainers are fantastic - helpful, friendly, welcoming, and really importantly, they genuinely care about gym members and their individual journeys, goals, and successes. As someone who's larger and on a journey towards weight loss, it was incredibly scary to join a gym but it's actually been a great experience and I genuinely believe that that's down to the positive healthy culture of Snap Fitness The Palms, their staff, and the other members.

Negative experience: I am unsatisfied as for months now they have been charging both my partner and i more then what they display. Feeling disgusted in how much they falsey charge.

Positive experience: Great staff, great equipment (although not as new as CBD) the only major downsides to this gym are; no bike racks, no air con (disgustingly hot in summer) and this gym is no where near as clean and hygienic as the CBD snap fitness, also the music is always way too loud and they play awful edm and pop music, not exactly inspiring to work out to

Fantastic experience: Very high quality gym, open 24/7, easy access (disabled access too), great for gyming after work late at night. Definitely recommend this place, also impeccably clean, I've never seen anything dirty in all my time here. 11/10

Negative experience: Coming up now 1 month of no access to the gym ,spoke about the issue nothing was sorted 18 dollar membership and if you compare it's by far the most expensive with lowest rating I really regret not reading the reviews by far one of the most expensive gyms with the fewest equipment and absolutely filthy showers ,am currently trying to leave this gym but contacting is difficult still no replies from texts or email please let me leave pain free with no charge due to incompetency a month ?! It's beyond a joke ...

Negative experience: Wait for City fitness to open or for 50c more a week go to the CCC gyms. Both offer more with better service Gyms really needs a good clean and maintenance, there's always something broken. The gym manager is lazy and some how has no idea how to answer phones, answer emails or txt. From what it seems she turns up to hang out and ignore the fact she is meant to be the manager. Negative experience: I stood at the counter for 15 minutes before someone actually came and answered my question I was there during staffed hours yet no one came to the counter to help me you would think someone would be there constantly

Negative experience: Poor service, ignore emails requesting to cancel membership and continue to charge you during this period. Despite Consumers recent article that gyms cannot ask you to come into the gym to cancel your membership, theyve written into contracts that you must do this. When signing up they gloss over the contract. Cancellation fees if you are unhappy with the service provided are unfairly expensive. You're way better off signing up with Cityfitness (who are also cheaper!).

Fantastic experience: This is a really good gym. I belong to a couple of gym franchises and go to a number of different sites and this is one of my favourites. Particularly love that the cardio equipment has wireless charging for your phone. One negative - If you are tall, you will struggle in the shower... they are super low. I have to crouch down and I'm only 162cm... good for when I don't want to get my hair wet though. Oh, if you go in the evening you get to see the most spectacular sunsets while working out.

Fantastic experience: Equipment is top notch!!! Upon entering they even provide deodorant so that you aren't giving out no unpleasant smells. Plenty changing rooms and everything kept clean.

Positive experience: Small gym but it's not very busy so you dont have to wait for equipment.

Positive experience: Never been in but walk past about 5 times a week 10:15pm and it's always empty but there equipment looks brand new so if you hate waiting for equipment this place would be perfect
