Fantastic experience: Great gym and really good managers/owners. They are more than accomodating and welcoming. Sadly due to moving I’ve had to change gyms, but they were understanding of this. I would recommend to any in the area, and if I move back to the area I will be rejoining.

Fantastic experience: Super welcoming, clean, well set up gym. Great amenities including hot and cold spas and infrared sauna. We were in town for a short period so dropped in for a couple of casual sessions and felt right at home!

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! Nick and Jack are super friendly. The gym is large, spacious and has all the equipment, machines, and weights one can possibly need. Bonus: they have and indoor hot and cold pool too. Very fair prices for a week’s use. They handed us keys so we can come anytime. Will definitely come to this gym every time we are in Christchurch.

Has all the amenities any gym freak would want including a hot pool and cold pool available for any member as well as air on and cold water for drinking available. Would recommend but also won't because I like how quiet it is

Fantastic experience: Plenty of space to do a full range of movements for your cardio as well as all the latest weights equipment. Nice relaxed vibe. I love the hot/cold pools, they soothe my body so nicely and help me sleep.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! Up to the minute equipment (and plenty of it). Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Great classes, great atmosphere. A can do, nothing’s a problem attitude from the owners. And the hot and cold spa and pool is the icing on the cake after a hard workout. Absolutely brilliant really.
