Fantastic experience: It has been a real pleasure working with Blair and his team. My trainer, Kelsie, is highly competent and has been an incredible asset in my journey towards better overall health and recovery from ACL surgery. The gym can feel a little limited in space at times, but it more than makes up for it with personal attention, a genuine understanding of clients and their needs, and the trainers’ expertise. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: LimitZero, where do I start? First and foremost this is the ONLY gym I’ve tried, signed up to and never regretted (coming up two years). I fully trust the trainers to put workouts in front of me they know I’m capable of but challenge me to challenge myself. The team track your abilities and progress you, without breaking you along the way. I honestly look forward to my workouts knowing I’m in great hands. So grateful I found them.

Fantastic experience: After going through a few gyms in the last few years with great intentions but little motivation, I decided to take on a weekly personal training session at Limit Zero to give me some external motivation and an appointment not to miss each week, With the help of the trainers, I've pushed myself more than ever and started to show up for myself because I actually wanted to, not because I had to. Blair and team find the perfect balance of creating a safe, fun training environment while always pushing you to do more than you think you can. Fantastic experience: I do fortnightly PT sessions, my own between, and these are fantastic for me. I'm not a huge gym person but this gym is different. The personal touch, tailored to dealing with a number of injuries, and with my somewhat extreme fitness demands across multiple sports are fantastic. I really do rate Limit Zero!

Fantastic experience: My Wife and I joined Limit Zero about 5 years ago and this personal gym has become very much part of our lives...Probably the best gym I have ever been to, this in no small part due to the genuine care and interest displayed by Blair and his trainers without exception...Their level of technical competence and range of exercises is very high and this combination really makes each session a privilege and a pleasure.

Fantastic experience: In November 2019 I became Limit Zero's 546th member, and as cheesy as it sounds it's really changed my life! Through guidance and encouragement from Blair and the team I fell in love with exercise, which led to me becoming a group fitness instructor myself. Fantastic experience: Limit Zero has helped me in going back into my fitness journey for the last 3 years and has become part of my lifestyle. Fantastic experience: Limit Zero and its excellent group of personal trainers has been the ideal way for me to ease back into exercise and reclaim some lost fitness and function. With a sedentary job and being middle aged its easy to fall out of shape but they cater to all ages and levels of fitness. Blair and his team have an excellent set up and the skills, knowledge and experience to safely reintroduce you to the gym. The personal training sessions have been extremely motivating and they seem to have an infinite variety of fitness activities up their sleeves so you never know what's coming next. For me it's been the right balance of steadily increasing physical challenge without risk of injury. The setting is quite unique for a gym, being partly open to a beautiful garden and the equipment is all top notch. I highly recommend giving the personal trainers at Limit Zero a go. You'll soon be hooked !

I’m so glad I joined Limit Zero, the trainers are supportive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional, the equipment is great and easily accessible but most of all it’s the friendliest, most welcoming place that has helped me achieve some amazing goals. Fantastic experience: I have tried a few, Personal training gyms, and Limit Zero Gym stands out above the rest. All their instructors are great with slightly different flares. As someone over 50, close monitoring is important to avoid injuries. Their tailored programmes, session reporting and feedback is superb and very motivating. I enjoy their smaller group classes and enjoy knowing most of the faces.---Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy the welcoming and unpretentious atmosphere that Limit Zero offers. All the trainers are approachable and very knowledgeable. I love the ethos of the gym as well with regular charity events, monthly donations to really valuable causes and eco-friendly practices. The group classes offered are fantastic but the gym is also very well equipped! I've meet some lovely people through my membership at Limit Zero and think the community vibe the gym embodies is very cool. To me it's incredibly important to support local businesses and this is definitely a fantastic local gym which has everything you could need!

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym seven months ago and everyone was so friendly right from the first day. Members and trainers chat before and after classes so within a month I felt like one of the LZ team. I admire the gyms approach to supporting charities and the environment - recently announcing a stop to plastic cups for their smoothies and the 24hour circuit raising funds for the Cancer Society. I really enjoy the range of classes and friendly, fun, social environment whilst working towards fitness goals. Highly recommend Limit Zero.
