Fantastic experience: Blair and the team at Limit Zero are great, they understand everyone has different goals and drivers, and will always provide individual support & encouragement. The location is great, how many other gyms have the option to do your session outdoors in the fantastic garden environment, or to have a refreshing dip in the pool after a workout. There's no egos here, everyone is welcomed, both by the staff and the other members

Fantastic experience: Limit Zero and its excellent group of personal trainers has been the ideal way for me to ease back into exercise and reclaim some lost fitness and function. With a sedentary job and being middle aged its easy to fall out of shape but they cater to all ages and levels of fitness. Blair and his team have an excellent set up and the skills, knowledge and experience to safely reintroduce you to the gym. The personal training sessions have been extremely motivating and they seem to have an infinite variety of fitness activities up their sleeves so you never know what's coming next. For me it's been the right balance of steadily increasing physical challenge without risk of injury. The setting is quite unique for a gym, being partly open to a beautiful garden and the equipment is all top notch. I highly recommend giving the personal trainers at Limit Zero a go. You'll soon be hooked !

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, run by amazing people. After three children and never having belonged to a gym (except for a small stint in my 20s!), I wasn’t sure how joining a gym would go. I’m so glad I joined Limit Zero, the trainers are supportive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional, the equipment is great and easily accessible but most of all it’s the friendliest, most welcoming place that has helped me achieve some amazing goals. I’ll literally never leave.

Fantastic experience: I have tried a few, Personal training gyms, and Limit Zero Gym stands out above the rest. All their instructors are great with slightly different flares. As someone over 50, close monitoring is important to avoid injuries. Their tailored programmes, session reporting and feedback is superb and very motivating. I enjoy their smaller group classes and enjoy knowing most of the faces.---Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: The team at Limit Zero made me feel comfortable in the gym right from the start. Super friendly bunch of professionals who give you the attention that is needed especially when you are managing your way around the equipment in the early days. The gym has a great feel to it as the team and members are a very positive, encouraging bunch of people. Fantastic experience: What I love most about Limit Zero is the friendly atmosphere that has been created by Blair and his team. This has created an encouraging environment where all members are treated as individuals and are welcomed into the Limit Zero family. The trainers are highly knowledgable and run varied and fun classes and PT sessions. Their positive encouragement is motivational which makes Limit Zero a fantastic place to work out.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Limit Zero for over 8 years, love the friendly atmosphere and Blair and his team really encourage you to go beyond your limits. It’s not just about weight loss, it’s about making you stronger, fitter and healthier in a safe way and they work with you if you any injuries. Between a shoulder injury, broken ankle and now arthritis in the knees they design works that keep you moving forward.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy the welcoming and unpretentious atmosphere that Limit Zero offers. All the trainers are approachable and very knowledgeable. I love the ethos of the gym as well with regular charity events, monthly donations to really valuable causes and eco-friendly practices. The group classes offered are fantastic but the gym is also very well equipped! I've meet some lovely people through my membership at Limit Zero and think the community vibe the gym embodies is very cool. To me it's incredibly important to support local businesses and this is definitely a fantastic local gym which has everything you could need!

Fantastic experience: I joined almost 4 months ago ,i absolutely love it there..the trainers are so good in.pushing you to your personel best,not only they good at their jobs but are awsome people too,the members are friendly,atmosphere in the group circuits are such fun...lots of support and motivation at this gym...made new friends too.

Fantastic experience: Limit Zero is a great gym to be a member at. It’s great having a Personal Trainer to motivate and encourage you, especially on wet days. It’s a fantastic feeling when you leave knowing you have worked out hard and of course the stretch and massage at the end of the PT session is the best!

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym seven months ago and everyone was so friendly right from the first day. Members and trainers chat before and after classes so within a month I felt like one of the LZ team. I admire the gyms approach to supporting charities and the environment - recently announcing a stop to plastic cups for their smoothies and the 24hour circuit raising funds for the Cancer Society. I really enjoy the range of classes and friendly, fun, social environment whilst working towards fitness goals. Highly recommend Limit Zero.
