Fantastic experience: Amazing place to get a decent work out in only 30mins! If you want to challenge yourself. This is the place to sign up to! All Lovely staff there to help train you as you go, a push is what i needed and they certainly make it fun for you too :-)

Fantastic experience: 9round Papanui is amazing! I love the atmosphere there. The trainers are very encouraging! Workouts change each day and aren’t repetitive like a typical gym. This place is for all sizes and fitness abilities and they cater to your fitness needs and help you on your journey.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place to go and work out. Great trainers always on hand to help, have some fun while you are training. A couple of years ago I would not step foot in a gym. These days, I would never miss a day at 9round Papanui - it's just too good!

Fantastic experience: I've gone from no exercise and getting extremely overweight to boxing 9 rounds. I was nervous at the start wondering if I would actually be able to manage doing a circuit, but the trainers are awesome tailoring each station to what I am actually able to do. They are very motivating and encouraging and make an effort to spend time with each and everyone of us making sure we know what we are doing at each station. I leave totally stuffed and dripping with sweat, but also proud of myself for doing it. It's only 30 minutes so before you know it you are finished your workout. It's never boring because the stations change every day so no day is the same..best thing iv done is joining up here

Fantastic experience: Trainers are on hand to ensure you know the exercises for each station and provide encouragement and support throughout your session. You can ensure each session will be different as the workouts change each day. Certainly make all feel welcome - highly recommend 9 round pap!
