Fantastic experience: I love this gym a lot, it's the first gym I've truly enjoyed going too. Everyone’s so friendly and welcoming, it’s always super clean, and the location’s perfect. They’ve got a sauna, great classes, and just all the facilities you could want. Can’t recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: Kirstie and Jo greet you with a smile and are such lovely women, they make you feel so welcome as soon as you walk in the door, there is also child minding with dani which my daughter absolutely loves! Dani is amazing with children, you have to book your child in a week in advance and can have up to five children at once, and there is three sessions available from 9 through till 1pm, Sunbed/sauna available, 24 hour access, has showers, lockers, changing room, big mirrored area with hair dryers and straighteners available to use, email and phone line is prompt response time, they even have car parking available on site! Definitely recommend this gym for you and your children ❤️

Fantastic experience: The best gym! Kirstie is really passionate about providing a smooth, safe, fun gym for women. Her PTs are really experienced instructors that run a wide range of fun classes. Her child carers are all top notch people that the littlies love to spend time with while their Mums work out! Sunbed/sauna available, 24 hour access, showers and lockers, and an amazing group of women I have met here. Well done Inspiring Women.

Fantastic experience: I had been going here for years, and have gotten to know the staff over that time. They have been so super helpful and amazing with me and my boy when he would come in for the child minding. The gym is a awesome calm space. Will be back in the future and highly recommend anyone wanting to start here ☺️

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely space to relax in the sauna or have a work out. The staff are always lovely and friendly. Its a bonus to have a spacious room to dry your hair or do make up with big mirrors . I just love this place!

Fantastic experience: This gym was my favourite for years I totally recommended to all women so friendly and kind stuff team and krisand is absolutely amazing we consider our selves as a big family the members are awesome I created a lot of amazing friends over there this gym is just the best !

Fantastic experience: I was only gyming here for a short while and I have enjoyed every moment of it! I always went at night time as it was just what worked for me and I loved all the equipments and being able to workout in peace. I didn't feel any judgement at all and I felt so much safer in this environment. I was in awe by all the amenities Inspiring Women's offers and it is sad that it was only short while but this gym has been my most favourite gym ever and all of the staff members are kind and especially to Kirstie! Thank you again and I hope Inspiring Women's gym expands in the future!

Fantastic experience: all the staff are so nice and #girlboss, i love coming here even though im not fitness crazy theres no judgement from anyone. lots of wellness/beauty services available too. i feel like if i ever went to a gym that had men id be so shocked by the change in vibe even though id be expecting it. my friends who go to other gyms complain abt feeling uncomfortable, im so glad there is this one in dunedin

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at inspiring women’s for about 4 months nowhere . I wanted to write a review today in hopes this might convince others to join and because I am so in love with this gym! I have been to plenty of gyms before and Inspiring women’s gym is a tier above the rest. It has the most beautiful facilities and equipment suitable for all exercise types and goals. For weightlifting especially they have all the equipment and more you could want, as-well as fun classes that are taken by amazing instructors. The gym is a welcoming and motivating place to be truly. I loved how clean the gym always was and how modern and well looked after the equipment and facilities were. The women there who attend and run the place are so so lovely and friendly, and I’ve created some really cool friends going there. I cannot stress to you how amazing this gym is, please please try it!! would recommend this gym to any woman in my family and friends. If you are thinking about joining this gym do it!!!

Negative experience: It's a female only gym in Dunedin with childcare.. If you are a student or don't work full time at the office, there are a lot of classes between 9am to 2pm with a few relaxing classes (yoga and balance) in the evenings after 6pm. They don't update their social media or the website frequently for changes in their classes. If you only attend their classes, you'll have to just come in and be surprised that you wasted your time .. Because it's a women's gym, they do not have a lot of equipment such as a proper leg press machine or chin pull up / assisted pull up machines. I've not tried their beauty services yet so I can't comment on it.

Fantastic experience: I joined inspiring women when my baby was 7 weeks old. Having the on-site childcare was the reason I joined. It’s been great knowing that my child is well looked after while I get a bit of time to myself. The team is always welcoming and friendly and the gym has everything I need to have a good work out.

Fantastic experience: Went in to get an Eye Trio with the wonderful Jayde! Such a lovely environment, very clean and calming. Jayde is my go to eyebrow lady, always making me look my best! Great work guys❤️

Fantastic experience: I recently joined this gym and I absolutely love it! Inspiring women’s gym has such an amazing atmosphere and I have felt so supported from the amazing staff. Jo, one of the personal trainers made me feel so welcome and she was so understanding and respectful of my goals and what I wanted to achieve by joining this gym. This is gym has a wide range of good quality gym equipment, if you are new or unsure how to use anything the staff are super helpful with teaching you. I love that the gym is split into three spaces so you can always find a quiet spot with a bit of privacy. I couldn’t recommend this gym enough!
