The level of professionalism, as well as great personalities, The trainers will make sure you are comfortable while also pushing you to do your best! All the trainers are superwomen! It’s a welcoming place where they remember your name and encourage you to push yourself to get the most out of every workout and as an added bonus, it’s great fun!
That sums up everything we try to achieve for our members every session. It’s also easy to have fun when everyone who comes are lovely, have great senses of humour and work hard

Fantastic experience: As a near 100kg unfit 37yo gamer, office goblin and owner of a pretty bad back I honestly never expected to find myself getting so much stronger, fit, and actually wanting to exercise!! But 2 or so months later in over the initial hurdle and I can't get enough of hitting the gym!!! Huge kudos to the team of Larna, Tashana & Chad for making me feel so welcome from day 1 and supporting me through this journey. Super friendly and welcoming gym! Cheers team!!!

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful and supportive space! Love coming in to see the team who always have a smile on their faces and are super happy to see you. They have a great rotating program and always tweak it to your needs and/or abilities. I came in knowing absolutely nothing and they have really supported me through each step. Fantastic experience: I've belonged to many gyms, boxing and kickboxing clubs and this is easily the most friendly and supportive place! The star trainers will adjust to your fitness and skill level. I even dragged my husband along and he loves it too.

Fantastic experience: Love going. Always leave feeling awesome. Great staff who always keep me motivated and are super friendly, who give excellent tips. I cant thank 9Round Dunedin enough for helping me create new healthy habits and learn how to better choices in my life and now my teenage sons also enthusiastic about going too. They go above and beyond. I am glad I decided to walk in the door a year ago and have a look. Now I cant get enough of them. Thank you team I will always be grateful.

Fantastic experience: You need to go to this gym if you’ve never tried kick boxing before. The 9round trainers were so helpful and encouraging. The music and equipment was great. The design of the 30 minute sessions were perfect for a full body workout - you won’t be bored with the quick rotation between stations!

Positive experience: I joined 9Round Dunedin when it first opened and have enjoyed every moment! Supportive, friendly and encouraging environment. I love kick boxing as a sport and at 9Round you work hard for the skills while still havng fun, no matter what age, fitness level or physical challenges you may have.

Fantastic experience: Joining 9Round Dunedin has been the best decision I have ever made for my Hauora! The trainers and community are amazing and I always feel so welcomed and cared for. The workouts are genuinely always fun, interesting and challenging and I love the sense of achievement at the end of every workout.
