Updated: 17/01/22 : Back in Motion is Open under Covid Protection Framework ORANGE. We are still able to offer Tele-health services, register claims for ACC, provide exercises to help your recovery and provide a range of online & onsite Pilates classes. Vaccine Passes are required to access our studio and we have options for those who do not have a pass so you can access our Physiotherapy Services. Please call us to discuss these.
Back in Motion was the first Physiotherapy Clinic to introduce Pilates to New Zealand in 1998. Back in Motion have experienced staff that are able to offer individualised instruction on the specialised Pilates equipment.
