Positive experience: Staff were freindly but it was very cramped inside not alot of space between machines and squat rack doubled as the bench press so would be hard to get a spot with other people's overlapping workouts.

Fantastic experience: I like this ATF because of the strength training area upstairs. I like how the gym is sectioned off, and I like the staff. There has been a little bit of renovation done since I last went. The windows and door of the little room have been removed, and it opens the space out nicely. There are 3 toilets/showers available and a cold water refill station. Remember to take a bottle to this gym as there is no vending machine. There are always plenty of car parks with the countdown next door for those parents needing to shop after.

Fantastic experience: AFR is where goals are set and smashed! That's all because the staff there want you to smash them just as much as you! Welcoming, knowledgeable and caring, no matter where you are in your journey. Joining the family at AFR has been 1 important, exciting, mind, body and soul healing experience. Personal thank you to Angel if it wasn't for you. I wouldn't be there.

Negative experience: Terrible gym. Card always gets locked. Phone never answered. New owners all the time. All anytime fitnesses are fantastic but the Rototuna franchise is terribly managed. I’ve been with this gym chain for over 2 years but I have had ENOUGH today and will be giving my key to the manager in person.
