Negative experience: Been to jetts 3 times only and need to pay 12 months worth of payments don't join if your know your moving out of town you will be paying them for nothing and if you do want to leave you have to pay the whole 12 months in full

Fantastic experience: I was on holiday here for 1 month, so I signed up for month-month for that period. I used the place 3x per week and it was always clean, tidy, and all of the equipment worked well. It did get a bit congested when it was busy, but that's like any gym. I usually went at either 10am or 2pm and it was often empty, so it was awesome if you need two machines for supersets . Cancellation of the membership was straight forward and efficient, it was great value considering my short term. thanks Jetts.

Negative experience: Charged me money just for downloading the app while I never even subscribed to a membership. I tried to contact them but they have ignored me. Not trustworthy!

You are unable to get access to the App unless you are an active member with Jetts New Zealand and therefore would have needed to sign up online for a membership before getting access. Negative experience: Worst gym ever. Equipment is old, and unsafe. Also the cleaning is questionable.

Negative experience: Tried to call and got no answer so left a voice message and a text saying me and my work mates were traveling for work and looking for a temp pass and never going back to me. Very unprofessional.
