Flex Fitness Hamilton CBD 24 Hour Gym

Negative experience: Overcrowded at all times of the day, even 10.30pm on a Saturday night! No consistency of equipment between branches. On the plus their gyms are nice and clean and have well maintained gear.

Fantastic experience: So glad I signed up with Flex Fitness CBD! I have been doing personal training sessions with Jahsae since May and these have helped me improve my strength and fitness so much. The gym is nice and tidy, and I love that they sell Swole foods and also have a great range of protein products and pre workout for sale in the vending machine too!

Fantastic experience: Flex Fitness CBD welcomes you into a spacious and encouraging playground. From getting humbled while trying to defy gravity with a large range of weights and machines, to their prisitne cardio equipment which makes those workouts that feel like time couldn’t move any slower a lot easier. I only joined a month ago and already love it, the staff are friendly and approachable, plus the smoothies they make are refreshing after a solid workout. Would 100% recommend trading a Netflix binge for a solid gym grind here :)

Fantastic experience: pretty packed at 5pm but what can you expect? it's CBD. usually have to wait for a parking for a few minutes unless you're lucky. gym has everything you need, but if you aren't using free weights, it'll be hard to do a full workout without long rest times. 4 power rack areas and mutliple bars you can use, one bench press but you can set up in the power racks too. machines are good but only one of each but multiple areas to use single cables (tricep pushdowns, etc.)

Fantastic experience: Had a day pass for $15. Clean and safe gym, at 11 am on a Tuesday, it was very quiet, as expected. Friendly staff, clean toilets, and nice-looking showers.

Negative experience: the staff won’t allow us in, members kick us out just cause we are members of other place. an intensive place We came from sth island, vehicle’s broken down in Hamilton. We decided to go to this club. We explained we didn’t have passkey, and proved that we’ve been member for 2 years of flexfitness. I felt that I have been poorly treated. Ive never had this trouble in the past with any other flexfitness.

Of the half dozen gyms we have tried across the island, this one deserved a rating based on hospitality alone. Immediately welcoming (thanks Corey!), clean and precise. Modern cardio, machines, free weights, platforms, racks etc. Very familiar to those training functional fitness. Private and clean changeroom/showers. If I lived in the area I’d get a membership and hire a trainer.

Fantastic experience: Great 24 hour gym in city centre and easily accessible. New gear and wide range of equipment for all exercise levels. The staff are fantastic and a good amount of Personal Trainers to chase those goals a bit harder. Definitely will recommend to other people to jump on the Flex Fitness lifestyle.
