Fantastic experience: I run a fitness program at this gym for people with physical disabilities and all of our participants really love the gym. It has great equipment, friendly staff and a nice happy atmosphere. There is a good cafe downstairs which our people frequent after their workouts. We look forward to the sessions that we run at Snap Fitness Hamilton North.

Fantastic experience: Had a great pt session today with Anna. She made me laugh and have heaps of fun while pushing me to try that bit harder on every exercise. She knows her stuff and was great at correcting me to give me the best workout possible. Would definitely recommend her! The gym had really nice equipment and I loved the fact everything was cleaned down after every use. It shows awesome management as it is a very well looked after gym!

Negative experience: If you want a REAL review here it is... • The staff turnover is very high, onto the 3rd manager now within my 1 year contract let alone the PT's • The newest one is not as warm and welcoming as the previous 2 and has less care for the members and gym environment • The gym is often very messy and unorganized, cleaner spray bottles empty, disinfectant wipes empty, equipment attachments all over the place and missing pieces also • Being a small gym in size it can't hold as much equipment as most, and unfortunately there's often 2-3 pieces out of action which cuts down ALOT of what's available (Not including the TV's for tracking yourself and the water fountain being down often too) • I find a lot of members feel the same as I've seen a decrease in those who I used to see often and have talked to some that prefer other snap gyms or are only here as it is close and they just make do. A real shame as there is so much potential. Not sure I'll be renewing my contract unless changes are made.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. staff are great and did a body composition reading for me which helps me to focus on my goals. Great to be able to train anytime I want and they have everything I need. I even got a myzone fitness tracker! Awesome

Negative experience: Will stay uill my contract runs out

Negative experience: Wow, what a top-tier experience! Despite going out of my way to fill out the form (not once, but twice!) to put two membership on hold, the gym somehow managed to completely disregard my request. Truly impressive. I only discovered this after my membership had already expired. When I asked for an explanation, I was met with the incredibly helpful response, “I’m new and can’t do anything." I suppose it's my fault for choosing such a competent gym. I was actually planning to renew my membership, but it seems you're sending a very clear message not to bother. For that, I suppose I should thank you.

Fantastic experience: Beyond fantastic customer service (from a lady named Danielle in particular). She jumped through a whole heap of hoops to get my membership reinstated. Even before my hiatus, the staff are super helpful and non-judgmental. The facilities at this particular gym is compact but the setup is brilliant! In my opinion anyway with the boxing bag onsite. Great layout and a brilliant range of equipment to boot, decent parking for the cycle. Unfortunately, its right next to a great cake shop but if you're going to the gym then you're probably fighting the urge to indulge in cake anyway.

Fantastic experience: Tarsh and Char are the only staff I've met so far, but the interaction has been so easy and friendly I was very impressed. I was nervous at first about going to a gym but they explained the process and how everything works very clearly. Definitely recommend for those who are hesitant. The facility is kept so clean, music choice is on point, and no judgements from others. When I'm there I can just focus on what I'm doing, use the Netflix on machines... Who could have thought I would be anticipating a gym visit?! Love this place!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been counting down the days until Snap Fitness opened up here. And I’m happy to report that my expectations have been exceeded on all fronts! The staff are totally awesome, very friendly, and approachable! Clearly, they’re all passionate about fitness, and creating a great little community up here. The venue is well set out, with all the latest and greatest equipment – so many options! And there’s plenty of parking if you don’t live nearby. If you join, be sure to get yourself a Myzone chest strap (which Tammy and Silvana recommended). All you need to do is set up the app, then wear the strap and it tracks your HR/zones for each workout. Plus, your effort gets projected up on the big screen in real-time which is pretty fun. I haven’t been this excited about fitness since I fell in love with running seven years ago (alas, I can no longer run due to an issue with my back) but I now have so many alternative options at Snap Fitness!
