The equipment and space are top-notch, and Delfin’s group classes are always challenging and motivating. Rhiannon and Helen at the front desk make every visit feel welcoming — the whole team creates a really positive atmosphere that keeps you wanting to come back.

Positive experience: update: after touch with manager Helen，I would like to change the evaluation to positive. She is a really nice manager. --------------------------------- I've been working out at this gym for almost six months. Everything was going great at first, I gave it high praise and recommended it to friends. But recently, I've been accused of violating the rules by bringing someone in. My partner and I are members together, and when we entered together, we only swiped my card. The manager didn't specify when we signed up for the membership that we both had to swipe our cards separately. There's no need to do that, and six months have passed, and no one has ever asked us to do that. We've been paying automatically and on time. Why do we have to swipe our cards separately? He doesn't carry his card holder when he goes out, and all the cards are with me. So I have to take out both cards and swipe two to get in? I don't quite understand. Our membership information is already in your system, so why do we have to keep swiping our cards to prove we're members?I understand that swiping cards is for security, as we can't tell if anyone else is a member. But we know and you know we are members, and we're only using the card for enter the gym safely. Why do we have to swipe our cards separately? It doesn't sit well with me. It feels like the legitimacy of our membership is being questioned.

Fantastic experience: This gym has the best machines (in my opinion) I like how they feel. I've been to two other Snaps and a random gym i prefer the machines in Frankton. Im a guitarist and I like how certain guitars feel, some dont feel so good. Its the same with machines. Some are at weird angles and some arent.

(usual haha), but the staff convinced me to attend the group classes instead, then I ended up loving it and finally going back on track with my body and mind. Fantastic experience: Joined today (15/11/18) after a weeks trial. Excellent facilities, great staff. Edit: 2 week in and no regrets at all about the club, the staff and the equipment. The body scan system that comes with every membership provides a very detailed snapshot of 'you', letting you know exactly what you are working with. I can't wait to see what my 4 week re-scans reveal. And the MyZone monitor keeps me challenged. The only thing I don't like is that I don't live closer. Edit: 4½ months in and still loving it. The MyZone heart rate monitor provides me with the challenge I need to keep the effort going. Fantastic, friendly staff, and all the equipment you could want.
