6 years ago Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in Hamilton. The personal trainers have experience and are very knowledgeable. The gym has very good gear and a really friendly atmosphere. In the whole time I went there I never had a single sport related injury where with other gyms I would end up at the physio pretty quick.
