Fantastic experience: I am super happy with my x2 Rongoa Māori sessions with Kimberley. She provides such a safe, comfortable and welcoming space and her energy is awesome! I left both sessions feeling extremely light, lifted and happy. I also enjoyed how welcoming and kind the staff members are. I’ll definitely be back for more sessions and would also really like to join the gym one day ☺️

You are welcomed as soon as you walk in the door and everyone (gym members and staff) is supportive of your fitness journey. Everyone is accepted no matter what size or shape you are. Great vibe in the group classes and the trainers are on hand at helping you perfect your technique. Beautiful owners who you regularly see around the gym. Fantastic experience: Greatful everyday I found this hidden gem 500m down the road from me ! Hale Health / Hauora Tangata no matter what our gym is called it is ours! The effort that goes into this place to build such a positive and friendly environment is insane. I've been a member at many commercial gyms, but never have I ever felt so welcomed. Greatful for the new habits, I am obtaining because of this place! Here's to being 30Kgs down, since joining this awesome environment!

Fantastic experience: A couple of years ago I was in a dark place, I saw a post on FB about an 8 week challenge , mental health , physical health , and workshops being held at Hale Health Centre. I made an appointment to see what it was all about and joined immediately for the Challenge. At the end of the 8 weeks I was hooked. I have been an Ultimate Crew member , attending 2 to 4 classes weekly ever since. I feel like part of the family. There is always a friendly face , a smile, a fist pump. I love the challenges, and have joined others over the last few years. The trainers adjust workouts to suit your abilities and consider any injuries you may have. . always looking out for you , to get the best outcome , , encouraging you to do your best, helping you to reach your goals and celebrating with you when you smash them. Recently there was a huge refresh of the gym equipment, and a couple of sessions to show us how it all worked. I can not speak more highly of them. I encourage you to see for yourself how welcoming and professional the team at Hauora Tangata { formerly Hale Health} are .

Positive experience: Hale Health is a whanau based gym, a place where you are able to learn proper technique. The classes are engaging and the ULTIMATE Membership is such a great way to be told what and how to do it and then before you know it your work out is done.
