Fantastic experience: really nice quiet gym with great equipment, also super friendly staff! i did the trial and it was pretty niceeeee i would love to join, but im a brokie now

Positive experience: 3 out of 5. To give a proper rate, I took into account all the following factors below -Fees: maybe the most expensive gym I’ve ever used. Not only is the monthly fee, the admin fee, key tag cost, registration and etc. -Equipment: awesome, a wide range of equipment to choose from. Whether it’s Chest day, or leg day, or you want to do some cardio, you can find all the equipment for your workout. And by the way the group classes too, check it out. -Staff: generally very friendly. They usually say hi when you enter and good bye when you leave. -The commercial music: awful. The music are like, teenage music that you wouldn’t want to listen to while working out (songs by Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Sam Smith, Taylor Swift, Dua Lipa and etc.) And they are being played 24/7, again and again. They rarely add new music to their list. I used to go another gyms. No music or whatsoever, very quiet so I could enjoy a peace of silence. How about just turning it off. -Filming. Been to several other gyms. This place is the only place that allows filming. I don’t like those gym goers film their workout and I believe most members don’t either, but the staff even help their members filming. Why? Just want to ask why? -other facilities: recently refurbished floor, key tags for secure entry, can get you access to your gym 24/7. Toilets and shower rooms are separated. They have wraps for equipment, and female sanitary products, free to use. Also hand sanitisers. You can’t find those in other gyms. But the water fountain and some gym equipment do not have the attention they need. A lack of care, therefore when they are broken, they stay broken for weeks.

Positive experience: Aside from a few terrible Technogym machines, the gym is nearly perfect. The cable machines (Pec deck, leg curl, and quad extension) are, frankly, pretty terrible, but everything else is perfect. The gym just needs a bit more Hammer Strength equipment.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Flex Dinsdale if you’re on the hunt for a new gym! I’ve been a member for about 5 months now, I love the environment and the high quality range of equipment. More recently I felt like I’d lost my mojo and decided to give the LevelUp classes ago for a change of pace. From my first class I felt welcomed and supported. The coaches are amazing and there is a real focus on getting your form right and performing movements correctly (which you don’t usually get from a class environment).

It can be daunting stepping into the group fitness space and being around unfamiliar faces, but what we’ve admired about you is your willingness to learn new movements and most importantly seeing how fast you’ve excelled in Level Up in such a short time frame. Fantastic experience: To say joining Flex Fitness Dinsdale changed my life, would be a massive understatement. I joined Flex Fitness Dinsdale at the end of 2022, I was in a slump and running just wasn't enough anymore. I joined the classes after a recommendation from a friend and have honestly never looked back, aiming to go 4-5 times per week. At first, I was unsure if I would enjoy the classes... I had never done anything like that before and I was uncomfortable talking to people I didn't know. Although they probably bit off more than they could chew at first, with my lack of coordination... they persevered and supported me from day 1, showing me correct techniques and never making me feel as though I didn't belong. Jazzy and her team continue to push me every week to be better, stronger and healthier and have created the most amazing gym family, where everyone supports you, cheers you on and is always there to give you a hand. My goals at the start were to improve my mental health in the winter months, change my body and stop dieting. I have absolutely been able to achieve all of these things as result of regularly attending their classes. In fact, the classes have been so beneficial to my health and fitness, that I recently trained and completed my first 53 km ultra-marathon. The classes remained an integral part of my training right until the very end, I know I would not have been in such a good space on the day without them. The coaches massively supported me to achieve this goal. I highly recommend this gym to anyone. You will not be disappointed and will immediately feel welcomed, supported and become a part of the amazing community they have created. Thank you, Jazzy, Karlin and the coaches. Each one of you, are absolutely AMAZING!!!

Fantastic experience: FlexDin is the perfect facility for all demographics, everyone feels welcome. I joined over 2 years ago and recommend it to all my friends and whānau, especially the Level Up classes. The coaches are amazing!! and pace the classes for individuals while still pushing you to achieve your best. The 8-12 week programme blocks are long enough to see a change in strength, but not too long that you get bored. Jazzy, Karlin and the team are honestly the best! You join for the health, and stay for the community!

Fantastic experience: Flex Dins/ Level up has a great whānau atmosphere! The staff and coaches are very friendly & welcoming and are there to support you, whatever your fitness goals may be. The level up classes are awesome where the workout is planned for you and is always a great sweat session! Being a plus size woman stepping into a gym can be daunting and overwhelming but I love coming to class 5-6 times a week!
Your fitness Journey has been phenomenal to watch. You've jumped leaps and bounds over the past couple of years, every workout, every day it continue's to increase. What you are a great example of is that its not a quick fix and it never has for you. You show us that consistency is important and that even when days are tough, life is tougher, that our gym is that one safe space that allows you to show up in that moment and give back to yourself without any questions or judgement. You've got amazing support of our coaches and members who have got your back 100%. You are a testament that our gym and our whanau accepts EVERYONE!
