Negative experience: Just walked into Jetts Chartwell hoping to sign up as its just around the corner from me. Waited 5mins as I could see and hear the staff member engrossed in an issue. When she was told someone was waiting she then said 'No I need to sort this out'. No acknowledgement, no customer service, not a 'sorry won't be long I just need to sort this issue out will be with you shortly'. I left abruptly and will sign up at Te Rapa or maybe another gym that is more customer friendly!

Negative experience: App access only!! Make sure to download the Jetts App and log in with your registered email before coming. But kinda annoying that the verification email never arrives...

Negative experience: The staff was like never here during staffed hours so we ended up paying like 15 bucks to go to the gym like 2 times a week. Go to the city fitness it's way cheaper and staff is actually present. The trainers there are nice as but staff are gone most the time and the phone goes straight to voicemail

Negative experience: This gym has debit success as a payment processor. Debit success is a company who literally extorts it's customers. Debit success is a parasite and Jetts enables the parasite to operate, do not contract with any company who uses debit success, your money will be stolen!
