Fantastic experience: After struggling to find a gym I could feel comfortable altering an exercise, feeling welcome and in general having a good yarn or social encounter with members and trainers as well as that extra push to make me exceed my limits and goals I have found F45 ham central team. They have such an amazing culture and knowledge and immediately I felt at home. The bingo cards for the challenge add extra fun and competitiveness for those of that nature. Really enjoying it and only group fitness open 7 days a week for those like myself who don’t know how to stop love it <3

Fantastic experience: F45 Hamilton Central is just amazing. Their workouts are always super challenging and exciting. Everyday is different and not boring at all. The main pillars of this studio are the trainers. All the trainers are amazing. They are very professional, friendly, always enthusiastic supportive and motivating people to do their best. They also understand each individual's needs and their fitness goals and assist them in achieving it appropriately. I have been to many gyms but the best thing about F45 is the trainers demonstrate and explain the workouts at the begining of the session and also they move around the class during the workouts to provide extra help and to modify exercises if needed. Also the after workout stretches are very helpful. The studio always looks super clean and the equipments are well sanitised before use. Friendly environment and are welcoming. Love the team effort and their energy!!! If you are looking for a change in your fitness level, then F45 is the one for you. Just loving and feeling great to be a member at F45 family.

Fantastic experience: Best Workout Ever! I could not go back to a normal gym, the family feel is awesome. I love how amazing I feel after a workout and it's so addictive!! I had to stop a couple of years ago and it was the worst time of my life not having F45 to come to each day! I am so so happy I get to come again!!

Negative experience: Poor and incompetent management who do not understand the concept of community but try to sell it anyway. They do not value their members or members feedback and will terminate your contract if you question them and they end up making themselves look dumb. Kia ora.
