Fantastic experience: Been with Snap fitness Taradale rd Napier for over 2 years now,in 87 in Dec this year.I attend this gym daily session 7 mornings a week,this is my third gym over a 14 year involvement in keeping as fit as I possibly can! SNAP is by far the best run gym in my opinion, hygiene paramount here, toilets,showers, gym implements kept clean and tidy.I would recommend this particular gym to all age groups especially those over sixty, exercise of a personal high standard can be achieved just determination the key to improving your health and longevity, call and chat with the staff here they practice what they preach,come on give it a go,remember," Health is your wealth" best wishes see you soon.

Negative experience: Not a good gym at all I wouldn't recommend it to n e today plus the owner is racist so no good whanau avoid this gym
Hi Vicki, health and safety of our members is top priority for us. If the rules of conduct are broken by letting in non members in, memberships will be terminated.

Negative experience: Much more difficult to cancel membership than they'll tell you. The process is also twice as long.

Fantastic experience: I’m a new member at Snap Fitness Napier and have come back every day since I’ve signed up. It’s an Excellent facility - the upgrade and recent reno’s look good too! The staff are great! They’re friendly, approachable and always make you feel welcomed. Love the additional room too for HIIT and group workouts, boxfit etc. also a great place to stretch out etc I’ve recommended the gym to all my colleagues, family and friends ♥️

Positive experience: Pretty decent gym. They are for some reason missing the a pec fly/rear fly machine, could be intentional due to being able to replace these with other exercises, but it's usually a pretty staple machine. Staff and other gym goers are friendly as well.

Negative experience: Disappointed...limited equipment and not enough showers..expensive for what you get...better gyms for cheaper price..

Fantastic experience: Had a appointment,the lady at the desk was absolutely beautiful,very helpful,great customer services,showed us around and so helpful with answering any questions which we had. Our experiences there was superb and would highly recommend snap fitness to all family and friends

Fantastic experience: Awesome team, I came to them with a some what troublesome predicament and they have done everything from making sure I got the current special/deal going at the moment right to delivering my access card to my address , I work very long hours and couldn't make it in to sign up during staffed hours and receive my access card but they made it happen

Hi Kerrin. I would like to understand why? Putting up a 1* review for a small business, with no justification is not what these reviews are about., especially when a small business in this environment, works extremely hard to maintain their rating.The fact is you have not been into Snap Napier since 02/2018. That is 3 x years ago. Your membership was with Snap Hastings only. When Hastings Closed we contacted Lifetime members with the option to use Snap Napier.We transferred your membership overt to Snap Napier, with the expectation that you would use it, and in Nov last year I emailed asking how your Health & Fitness was going, and asking if you needed support to get you back in the gym, we even offered a Free Re-programme for you.; as you had not used the gym once. Your response was "the membership was "useless" as you live in Hastings."In February I looked to remove your membership, as explained to you there is a cost associated with all memberships.You responded saying "I live in Hastings, doesn't mean I need to give it up". Even though you never intend to use the gym. And again, I gave you an option, that should you look to return then contact me directly and we will get you back on board.We have gone above and beyond in our offer to you Kerrin. I think it is only fair that anyone reading this understands that your review is unwarranted.
Fantastic experience: So friendly and helpful. Jess is an amazing instructor. Knowlegable, patient & kind. The gym equipment is plentiful, clean & in very good condition. I highly recommend this great facility. Life changing!
