Flex Fitness Napier 24 Hour Gym

Fantastic experience: Sweet spot! Was looking for a gym while I'm visiting Napier for the week, didn't catch the name of the guy at the front desk this afternoon (29/9/25) but he was super friendly and helpful, got me set up with exactly what I was after! Cool vibe, nice equipment and clean. Had heard good things about other Flex locations hence checking out the Napier one - no complaints!

Positive experience: Great gym but at times gets really packed might need to extend more space maybe upwards

Positive experience: It's a nice gym, covering all the basics. Clean, and that's so important. The only thing that is a bit off is allowing people to train with socks, slippers,jandels,bear feet... I believe they should enforce a strict footwear policy.

Fantastic experience: My son and I are over from Brisbane Australia and went to a couple of gyms over a few days, city fitness and a couple others and Green meadows flex fitness was by far the best one of them all. Great awesome customer service and all round great equipment. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic experience: It's a nice and clean gym! The best one in Hawkes Bay for bodyweight training. Never crowded, smells good and nice music. The only point that needs improvement is: They NEED to buy more leg equipment.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to this gym for a long time. I genuinely suggest everyone. Chris one of the owner he is really humble with all the customers. Equipments in the gym are amazing. Everything is clean and hygienic. They have nice theme yellow and black it looks so appealing. Truly recommend everyone

Negative experience: Horrible gym, i signed up on september 2018 whilst they had free sign up all i had to pay was the $30 for the key card and i was informed i get 1 month free, so all was good i enjoyed the gym untill i recieved a email stating i had to pay $80 for sign up I noted that it was free sign up to which they said it was not and i do not get 1 month free!!! I wanted to cancel my membership as this was not what i singed up for only to be told ill have to pay a $150 cancelation fee after only using the gym for fir 1 week!!! This is a complete scam, worst gym/company ever!!! Should be closed down for false advertising and scamming/fraud, they also took money out of my account to which i did not agree to(i agreed to weekly payments not the sign up otherwise i would of gone elsewhere). This is theft and ive filed a disputes form with the high court and i will also bring into light the false advertisement and will also charge them for causing me distress, Warning STAY FAR AWAY
