Fantastic experience: Really friendly staff. Gym is great. Even the people who attend the gym are friendly. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Signed up on the 12$ membership, was told I would have 24h access and when asked was put on the 16$ membership without telling me, pretty rigged if you ask me the gyms old and the ppl who run it worry more about signing ppl up than the ones already signed up, I’m regretting this decision.. Edit: as soon as I posted this I got a call from the gym to tell me they will take me back down to the 12$ membership but have actually put me on a 3 year contract 8.50 one when I signed up I weighed out the pros and cons of each membership, I was happy with one year for 12 months which tallied up to just over 600 for the year, when you look at the 8.95 membership for 3 years it’s over 1k for the 3 years, I’m so disappointed cause I know I won’t be in taranaki region for 3 years and that’s why I didn’t chose the 8.95 ‍♀️ it’s fkd and I think I should be able to cancel my membership free

Fantastic experience: Awesome friendly gym with a great, old school atmosphere. Has 24/7 access, bootbamp classes and you get a program with your membership - would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a gym in Hawera!

Fantastic experience: Hawera gym and fitness is an awesome gym might not be the best oh wait it is the best great machines and weight gear large cardio room so if your lookn at starting the gym or lookn to join back up head over to hawera gym fitness and see caleb an the team and he will get you sorted or msg the team on fb and they can get u set up grunters all day

Fantastic experience: In 40 years of gym memberships around the country this is by far the friendliest and most welcoming gym I've ever joined. Dont worry that some of the gear is old - shiny new gyms are pretentious. Great crew. Friendly members. Good program. Already feeling results.

Fantastic experience: I joined and was hesitant as but the 2 Bens and Caleb were so approachable, friendly, helpful and always around when needed that I love it now !!! I referred 5 people who signed up so far and I know I'll keep referring people cos it's such a great atmosphere to be in to meet your weightloss, toning, fitness, helth etc goals

Fantastic experience: Super cool old school vibe and equipment. No frills but tons of value. They've got machines that arent being made anymore. Huge area to stretch and do circuits. Extremely well priced and classes included.
