Negative experience: The treadmill machines take months or up to a year to be fixed. From my experience there is a particular female staff there who has asked me on several occasions while I’m in the middle of running to close the damn windows like it’s my job. I find this extremely rude having to stop mid workout, take my earphones out just to hear you ask me to close the windows. Unless it’s an emergency I don’t believe you should be asking me to do shit, write a sign or something & put it on the wallor close it yourself instead of interrupting people working out. If you can talk to me while I am in the middle of my work out then I expect the same energy from you to greet me when I enter the gym instead of just staring at me. This same lady has also vacuumed and had the audacity to wipe down treadmills including the one I was running on. I just find this uncomfortable and unmotivating. Please don’t bother having a contact number or email address if no one is going to answer or respond. Hoping for a better gym environment and experience this new year. To this particular staff member, you need to be more mindful and respectful about personal spaces. If you’re going to work in that space, at least smile and be welcoming when we smile at you. Don’t bother working there if you’re going to look like you don’t want to be there, it’s not inspiring. ‍♀️

Positive experience: The team are super friendly and knowledgeable, the facilities are clean and tidy and the atmosphere is great! Not to mention the pricing is much better than other gyms in the area. The only thing is that there isn't as much of a range of equipment as other gyms but it absolutely has enough to get the job done in the space that they have.

Positive experience: The gym is priced affordably and the staff are very friendly and are always willing to help out, especially Helen and Zenyetta.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym a little over a year ago and would highly recommend! As a newbie I had no idea what I was doing but had an amazing PT Zenyatta who helped me to learn how to use all the equipment and build confidence as well. She has also supported me to achieve many fitness goals and been an huge part on my weight loss journey. All the staff are super friendly, bubbly and approachable too. Great price as well which is a bonus!

Positive experience: Awesome place to work out, loveliest team working there and great atmosphere where patrons are all considerate of one another. Good place to work on your health for the young and old. Only pain point for me is only 2 of the treadmills upstairs are working but 9 times out of 10 I dont have to wait for one i just prefer the ones up there

Negative experience: Friendly staff but the worst maintained equipment in any gym I have ever experienced. Starting driving to City Fitness Palmy and Paraparaumu to be able to use a treadmill as three out four were out of order. Initially it was the cycles, which took months to repair the seats. Agree with other comments re cancelling. No response for almost two weeks. This company is not reputable in my opinion. Avoid.

Negative experience: I.m am not happy with the service currently provided. I have been a member of this gym for many years and seen numerous owners. The current situation is disgusting. Most of cardio equipment is broken, out dated an does not service the number of clientele you have. Treadmills and exercises have been out of order for months and the two treadmills working stop all of the time so you have to turn off and on at wall. The bathrooms are dirty with shimmy floors on shower an soap skum on walls. I am a fee payer and have been for years and deserve a better service than currently provided. I like this gym usually and is convent for me coming into town before work but am looking at changing due to broken equipment an low standards. I have left 3 notes on the desk over past 2 months and still no improvements. I would love to see these situations improved an the equipment fixed or replaced. Very disgruntled member as are alot of people that I attend with some of whom have already moved on to better equipped gyms Nga mini Mitch

Negative experience: Poor maintenance! One of the only two cross trainers has been out of order since last November with no fix in sight. Frustrating for members!

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible service when it comes to cancelling membership. I have had to move away for a few months for work and want to cancel my membership during this time. I have sent them numerous emails and left them a number of voicemails because they don’t pick up the phone. Yet I’m still waiting 3 weeks later for a response. I’m hoping by not having any money in my account when they try to take it out it will get their attention. Pretty shitty of them to offer a no contract, cancel anytime membership if they are not going to honour it.

Negative experience: Rude staff member, not acknowledging client’s query. It was a complete annoyance how staff spoke to me when I am just querying to re-activate my account. Staff used to be welcoming and friendly (Janice) before I started my membership. I like going here because of the equipment they offer. It was a bit disappointing for a returning client.

Fantastic experience: Started coming at the beginning of March with my granddaughter for just 1 morning to do the treadmill only. Have now worked up to doing treadmill, crosstrainer, sitting bike and rowing machine and am noticing changes in stamina already. I used to come here years ago and love how inclusive and friendly everyone is and how it caters to all ages. Thanks to all ✌️✌️

I train with Nina, she took time to understand my needs and now pushes me hard. We have great sessions. Once there you enjoy the friendly but professional environment. One of the best gyms I've worked at.

I’ve found that Zenyatta is really welcoming and helpful with my workouts and makes my whole experience a lot more comfortable by giving me extra tips and tricks. It is great for my health and wellbeing: the gym is close to where I live, the membership fee is reasonable the gym equipment is ideal and easy to use. the staff and other gym members are friendly. the gym has a friendly vibe. I can access the gym at any time of the day.

Fantastic experience: I had been looking at joining a gym for a while, but had hesitancy about it. After countless searches on the internet, and a few messages later, I plucked up the courage to give 24/7 a go. From the first time I went in the vibe I got was really good. From orientation, to training on my own, to having Personal Training sessions has made all the difference. I haven't looked back. From meeting the staff, to having a Personal Trainer (Zenyatta), who has picked me up on and helped me to correct little mistakes I had been making has been a huge help. Zenyatta, I thank you for that. Training six days a week, has been an awesome journey, every day I train, I'm becoming stronger, feeling better and it's made a huge help to my wellbeing. Thank you so much!!

Negative experience: I think the brand is let down by the Levin gym. My experience was that some staff are rude and disinterested. I was fobbed off from one staff member to another and neither of them did the gym induction which is advertised as being part of the membership. Levin also did not honour the personal trainer starter pack I won, despite the person answering Facebook messages (not from Levin) keen for it to be honoured. I put this down on the form as feedback when I cancelled my membership. Good customer service would be noticing that and honouring it, but I think it is an example of the generally poor customer service that I have seen at that branch. During lockdown I really enjoyed the online sessions with staff at the other branches who were positive and enthusiastic. I think it is just Levin that lets down the brand.

Positive experience: Good place for a workout. One this annoying is there is only one full-height mirror in the entire gym. Some of the tools need repairs and the tightening of bolts and cables. Otherwise, the gym is good and has all strength building equipment.

Fantastic experience: Great 24/7 Studio with no long term contract, just pop in and decide how long you will be a member. Equipment is a bit old, but who says it needs to be modern, to stay fit:) You can do all basic exercises, equipment is well maintained. Manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. If you want a good studio with a great atmosphere, then this is the right place for you.
