Fantastic experience: 5 gold stars is not enough for this place. just complted my first work out with trainer dana. staff & membership attidude is how i like it. honest.happy. look out for each other. look after each other. wonderfull team sprit right through here. we all touch gloves to each other as sign of respect for each other also our trainers. i enjoy this .signed up 12 month comitment. no problem to renew each year after that. this is my addiction all need outside work hours. happy mind. happy soul & sprit. also healthy body. good enough for me. being age 62 now. thank you to members & trainers & management for your time & your surport you have given me . very much appreciate it. kia kaha too you all. sincerly graham nelson.
