Fantastic experience: Spent the last couple of weeks here training while I was down from Auckland. Loved the set up of the facility; it was clean, tidy and everything was easy to locate! Friendly regulars there too. I'm looking forward to training there again when I'm in town next, might try and use that sauna too. Thanks Flex Lincoln. :)

Fantastic experience: Flex is by far the best gym I’ve stepped foot in. I tried a few others and always felt judged and uncomfortable but at flex the trainers are lovely and kind. Everyone else there is also super nice and not judgey either! Always so clean and just such a nice space to gym in!

Fantastic experience: Very clean gym with spray bottles around so you can clean equipment after you use it, social distancing is great and super helpful to have the equipment spaced out, the equipment is super high quality and overall a really great place to work out and excercise
