Fantastic experience: One of my favorite stops when on the road to excercise and freshen up after a drive from Auckland

Positive experience: Was handy to work out in. Get the feeling it could be better with more room. Kinda smelled a bit sadly. Good to have a jetts in taupo

Negative experience: I signed up but never got to attend as I moved overseas unexpectedly. Dealing with the company that deals with the payment is an absolute nightmare. They (the company that deals with the payments) are liars and bullies. I know that it was a yearly contract and I'm not disputing that. But the harrassment with emails that have false information and lies is next level... Stay away from Jetts

Fantastic experience: For the first time in a long time I felt comfortable training and enjoyed my workout. The gym is not overcrowded and there is no waiting time to use any equipment. The team are extremely friendly and helpful which also creates a good space.

Negative experience: I have been trying to cancel my membership with Jetts for the past few weeks as I have lost my job, I have explained my situation and provided proof of hardship more than once, offered to hand in a letter from my former employer in person, and have recently received a message that they require urgent payment from me?? It’s annoying and disappointing because now I owe money that I have explained and provided evidence for that I CANNOT pay for.

Fantastic experience: Kleines gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio! Etwas mehr Raum für freie Übungen wäre schön, dennoch top! Trinkwasser vor Ort und ausreichend Toiletten. Man kann eine 3 Tage Probemitgliedschaft abschließen. Sehr nette Trainer bzw. Mitarbeiter!

Negative experience: Wanted to come check the gym out before taking the plunge and joining, but can’t seem to get a hold of any of your staff for the past week. The 0800 number suggests I just sign up and if I don’t like it then cancel during the 5-day cool-down period. All to be able to just step foot in the door and see what your space is like?? Ridiculous

Fantastic experience: I find that Jetts is very fun and useful when I come in and use general gym equipment. I rated 5 stars, because I love Jetts Gym very much after I moved from my previous gym called AC Baths/Gym. I enjoy to listen to music that helps me to relax and be calm. I go with my friends Vici and Mattie (Mattman) every time as well as with my carers too, it's so much fun in the gym. I even enjoy my new friend that works in the gym called "Clint", he's very nice and cool to talk to every time we fist pump, yeeyah

Fantastic experience: Clint was kind and helpful! The gym has anything you need for a complete workout. I was visiting from Spain and after my tour was cancelled due to the rain, being able to exercise and stretch for a while was great :)

Fantastic experience: Stopover visit in Taupo and needed good workout and this spot was perfect for it after being recommended by our tour guide Clint welcomed us and showed us around, making sure we were all set before getting on with our sessions

Fantastic experience: Ein kleines, aber sehr gutes Fitnessstudio in Taupo. Die Geräte sind in einem guten Zustand und man findet alles, was man für ein "normales" workout braucht. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt Trinkwasser, Duschen und auch monatliche Mitgliedschaften. Kann ich empfehlen!

Fantastic experience: Great gym to join in taupo. The team are friendly and also available to help. The facilities are clean and the equipment covers all the things I needed. The gym never appears to be too crowded. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: I am a traveler and a member who can use all JETTS, but I could not enter this jetts because the tag did not respond. I am very disappointed. I would love to do my training here next time I come back.

Fantastic experience: We have used Jetts all over New Zealand and in Australia. They are always clean and well maintained. They provide good affordable plans for any length of stay in NZ.

Fantastic experience: For a smaller gym, it has everything and anything a big gym has to offer. Bathrooms are always clean, and the staff are lovely. There are plenty of carparks. Great atmosphere all round.

Fantastic experience: I don't normally write reviews, but Jetts is the best value for money here in Taupo. The 24hr access for me is perfect as Im there at 3am. When i arrive its spotless. Equipment is new and plentiful lots of free weights

Positive experience: Showers arent cleaned as often as they should be.. other then that place is good for a workout

Negative experience: Worst experience ever and I haven't been inside yet.... been 4 times during "staffed hours" and no one is there. Signed up online and they say to go to the gym to activate it ‍♀️ this is impossible. Tried calling everytime too... does no one work here?

Fantastic experience: We trained at Jetts Fitness Taupo just once while traveling and we had a great experience: Very friendly and caring stuff, clean and good showers and toilets, friendly atmosphere and well equipped training space - cardio area, free weight section, machines for every muscle group, possibility to integrate functional exercises, stretching area ... definitely a place for a good training ‍♀!

Fantastic experience: Pretty mad little gym, and the guy that sorted out my visit was a top bloke. I think his name was Maaps.

Fantastic experience: Gym manager Te Maapii is a real asset with great people skills. Values his members. Genuine interest in our progress and everyone gets a warm welcome.

Fantastic experience: Really friendly guy met us at the door and sorted us out with a free trial. Lots of machines - all modern, clean and in good order. Free weights but no squat rack - but there were a couple of smith machines.

Fantastic experience: The gentleman who greeted me on my casual visit was warm and welcoming. Whilst training, I felt that the gym had a local friendly atmosphere which gave me a good vibe. Will visit again when I am in town next time. Cheers :)
