Negative experience: The gym is very good. However, what makes the place unusable are the downstairs changing rooms. Especially in the evenings, there’s constantly people using their phones in the changing rooms while other people are getting undressed and changed. You’d think that it would be a simple act of common sense to not use your phone while people are changing around you; not at AC baths gym changing rooms. If you want to feel as if you and your children are being filmed naked then spend some time in AC's changing rooms. AC’s need to put up warning signs in the changing rooms saying no cell phone use allowed.

Fantastic experience: This is such a great gym! Staff and members are friendly and the equipment is great.

Negative experience: I just realised I have been getting charged for this gym for 5 years even though I haven't been there since 2017 and don't live in Taupo. I had signed up for a 3 month contract. Apparently no refund is possible. If you cancel your membership here make sure you get the cancelation in writing.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place. Look like you are on a special place. Like in haven. Amazing view, beautiful beach, clear water
