Fantastic experience: Such a welcoming crew ! I came along for 2 classes during my holidays in Taupo and I loved this box. I haven't done crossfit classes in a while and the coaches were very helpful with explaining the moves to me. There are plenty of classes, so you'll find one for you. Everyone was very kind and friendly, which makes everything better. I recommend this place !

Positive experience: Very friendly staff and super encouraging. They cover a broad range of fitness, and help people work towards any fitness events that they are wanting to participate in. There are a few fitness group days where you can go along and join in, and they are very accommodating and enthusiastic.

Fantastic experience: Friendly gym. Every session is coached, and the coaches really care. They can scale workouts for any ability, while also encouraging improvement. Lots of variety in the workouts as well, so you never get bored!

Super helpful, really drive learning the skills & technique correctly so you can improve over time with less injuries, and are generally bloody good sorts. The place has good vibes, good times & great workouts (which will get your heart rate up!). Highly recommend.
