Fantastic experience: I love this little gym. People come here for health and wellness not to take Instagram content or show off and pose. When you come here, you do you, and you know no one will stare at you or make you feel uncomfortable. It is a small and quiet gym. You don't need to wait to use equipment and people know each other, which creates a friendly and welcoming environment. Plus, they recently renovated the gym. They added showers and new nice equipment.

Positive experience: Nice “honest” gym doesn’t pretend to be anything other than basic. The pool is a great addition but The Weekend hours are POOR ! I left because of the poor hours the gym was open

Positive experience: Needs more floor space for streching/bodyweight exercises, maybe removing 2-3 old or duplicate machines would be enough. Good staff and tidy gym

Fantastic experience: Great gym, always clean and tidy. Only down size is the gym needs to open earlier than 9am on the weekends, half the morning has gone before you even get to the gym. 8am be a better time. But apart from that its a great gym.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, good prices and they have a pool that you can include in the same membership. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, good for weight loss strength training or rehabilitation programs

Positive experience: The staff at the front desk and pool area can be a little stand-off-ish and not as friendly to approach. The pools and changing rooms are very clean. The gym is very clean, tidy and has amazing stuff.
