If you are wanting an excellent Personal trainer I can’t recommend Izi highly enough he’s punctual, professional and knows just how hard he can push you to achieve your desired results. Fantastic experience: Since the first day I stepped in the Johnsonville branch of 24/7 fitness, I knew it would be the perfect start to my fitness journey. Whether you're a teenager coming in after school or an adult trying to keep in good shape, i'm sure you can find many good opportunities at this gym. I think there could be more benches and a more versatile range of machines. These problems have never affected my training and to this day I have always been satisfied with my workout once I go home. Overall a great gym for its low prices.

Not only is the staff welcoming and understanding, but they also allow me to bring my son in. This gym truly understands what community and support mean. The facilities are fantastic, and the environment is much more inclusive and family-friendly. I’m so glad I found this gem after leaving CityFitness. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym that actually values its members!

Fantastic experience: It's a great budget gym. Usually pretty clean and tidy, can get quite busy during peak hours and even the huge car park can get packed so if you want to get a park, try to avoid peak times which are right after work, especially when there are classes there is an expensive range of cable equipment and free weights. There are rooms for classes, spin and other activities. Large locker sections and showers are on site.

She is great, sessions with her are always a 10/10 she always courages and motivates me! If you need one on one sessions choose her! I have been seeing her since March and I have improved and made new PBs in my workouts. thanks Jade

Fantastic experience: Im a member at functional fit. I enjoy group training. The trainers are awesome. I love that I can get a good workout within 45mins and go on about my day. Izi and the team at 24/7 and Functional Fit are friendly and really helpful. This is my happy place

Negative experience: Disgusting facilities, no standards whatsoever. Female bathrooms are filthy needs a good clean.

Positive experience: Great place, has enough machines for a large amount of people, and the extra room has lots of loose weights for you do do many exercises, only downside for the gym is the constant shower that's broken.
