Fantastic experience: Nice little gym. Still has everything you need and is lovely and clean. Nice mahi team.

Fantastic experience: small gym but efficient equipment and clean. it was a joy to do a workout here.

Positive experience: So far so good! The staff here at jetts are wonderful, the facilities supplied at the gym are nice. My only issue I have with jetts and what ultimately lost a full star review is that they operate through Debit success and membership costs are slightly more than others like city fitness, if it wasn't for those two things it would be a 5 star.

Negative experience: Wow what a bad experience @ jetts the staff are barley there during the hrs that they say they are communicating is impossible almost as the number on door goes to a disconnect number no longer in service they don't return calls or anyway try to assist in sorting out clerical problems and debit your account with bogas charges and fees would definitely not recommend

Fantastic experience: I have been a Jetts member since 2014 and have used a number of Jetts gyms around the country enjoying the ease of access, I have found the rebranding of the inside 3 years ago with different colors for different areas very helpful when attending a unknown gym for the fist time as very easy to locate changing rooms etc.

Fantastic experience: Easy to navigate gym, not a lot of people which makes me feel comfortable to workout.

Positive experience: A little on the small side, but clean and well maintained. Staff were always friendly and gym-goers respectful and diverse. Being a 24 hour gym is a plus.

Positive experience: Love the gym. Very convenient. Nice gym gear. Affordable. But the last few gym sessions. The toilets have been disgusting. I’ve had to walk to Caltex Petrol station to use the toilet. Multiple occasions the toilets at the gym, someone obviously has major diarrhoea. Not only on the toilet too.

Positive experience: The gym manager was really helpful and the gym was clean and tidy.

Positive experience: Great gym, a little small but caters to my needs just fine. The machines are all pretty new and they are maintained well. They often replace the covers to keep them tidy. There is a good free weight selection as well, but if it's busy you may have to wait or take turns. The people are nice and it's a chilled atmosphere for a gym.

Negative experience: 'Weigh ins' consisted of me turning up to stand on a scale...I can do that at home. Tried to sign up my sister and was asked to come back later because woman hadn't turned the computer on yet?! Didn't bother going back ever, even though paid for a year up front. Switched gyms and love the one I am at now.
