Fantastic experience: 21.50 a week, you get access to all but three Auckland council centers, the staff will help you make a plan, and they're super friendly. They are constantly upgrading equipment and you can use the pool, spa and sauna all for the same membership

Fantastic experience: My favourite leisure centre by far - the gym has all you need, plus having the sauna and pool for recovery is ideal. Special mention to Alex up in the gym - super welcoming guy with buckets of knowledge, charisma, and a friendly demeanour to boot!

Positive experience: The gym is great but the swimming pool is mostly too busy

Fantastic experience: Front desk super friendly and all staff at the pools and gym also. Great vibes. Pool is always clean and the changing rooms also. Spa and sauna gets full quickly in the evenings. No private showers but individual changing rooms with different sizes including Heaps of baby changing stations and disabled. There's a shop if you need anything and I havnt tried the Cafe.

Positive experience: Love this place, had a great pool area for my 2 year old. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars because they had no private showers, but they do have open showers.. and that the changing rooms were a bit grubby.

Positive experience: Excellent large spa and sauna. Change rooms weren't the cleanest, but to be fair, most of it was water.

Negative experience: Attended swim school and children were refused class as they had no swimming caps. Unfortunately I didnt have a purse on me so I asked the girl if she would give us caps for class and I would pay the following week, I was informed no. I asked if the classes would be reimbursed and was told no. I noticed a child without a cap another class, the same staff member who refused class was grading 2 children who also werent wearing caps...kind of contradictory. If you want to talk about 'hygiene' let's talk about the disgusting state of the changing rooms, where the family room bins are overflowed with dirty nappies and rubbish and how many "code browns" did Albany have in 2023? After being informed no further charges would be taken out of my account they proceeed to take money out that day!

Positive experience: Need to update website for closing times for public holidays. Just drove 35 minutes to find it's closed

Fantastic experience: A place to visit during summer for a swim

Negative experience: So today I realised my account has still been paying for my membership for the last 3 weeks even though the gym has been closed for this period. But apparently in the email they sent me I had to opt out of the payments because I could always drive 30min to another centre to go for a swim. They will not give me a refund. What good customer service Have cancelled my membership now

Fantastic experience: A very well maintained facility offering a Gym, Swimming pool and kids and family entertainment pool. A lot of parking is available and the staff is very welcoming, polite and professional. The Gymnasium has got state of the art machines and equipment.

Negative experience: Because of the only lift is still out of order, Including today there already were four time s in a row that my client on wheelchair was unable to go to level 1 gym since early December. I thought this is a shame on disable friendly New Zealand.

Positive experience: Overall pool and facilities are good. My kid enjoys the swimming lessons and the pool there. However, I would prefer no outdoor shoes policy in the pool area.

Positive experience: Don't go on a Tuesday evening, there's a loud water aerobics class . Good facilities.

Positive experience: Pool facility is good but there are often random events and cleaning schedules that effect opening hours. I recommend calling before driving in!

Negative experience: The worstest receptionist I can say. Racism and not friendly to membership. Never apologize about their faults. Program pool oftenly close earlier than the scheduled time.

Positive experience: The only thing I can fault is the price, but personally I think it's worth it

Negative experience: Parts of pool (deep diving end as well as lane swimming) closed without any prior announcement. On top of that 30min. wait without any indication how long wait will be.

Positive experience: Great swimming pools, fun for the kids, nice party area, and ample parking. I would prefer private shower areas though... pools close sometimes without prior notice. My son almost drowned once and the young life guards didn’t even notice, just standing around chatting and looking pretty so don’t really know what they’re there for? Otherwise not too bad, we still enjoy it and visit often.

Negative experience: Unprofessional staff that stand around chatting and texting rather than keeping an eye on young swimmers. Receptionist had no clue where the gym classes were or how to book, and made no effort to find out as apparently this was a waste of their time.

Fantastic experience: Great time, learning the correct movements and exercises from Trainer Jason. He is friendly and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Nice and clean environment and most of all friendly staffs. They make exercise plan for you and review it when you want.

Positive experience: Love this gym. It's a convenient location, always has parking and never gets too crowded. There is a large amount of cardio equipment and a decent amount of resistance equipment. However, would be great to see the range of resistance equipment expanded in the future as I have to be fairly creative to workout certain muscle groups.
