Positive experience: I find the staff are most helpful and most are considerate for others on the machines, apart from too heavy weights being left on machines that are too heavy for some to lift which is a health and safety issue.

Fantastic experience: As an off and on gym goer, I am happy to be back. I have felt nothing but accepted and boosted. Plenty of room for your exercises aswell as all the different classes available to help. The compassionate PTs help personalise the session and have helped me along the way. The sauna to help cleanse the body. The 24hr open times. Reasonable pricing is always a win too. Im happy!

Fantastic experience: Evolve fitness is the perfect place to keep fit and healthy. The environment offers a wide range of equipment to meet everyone’s needs. I really enjoy participating in the classes which are included in the membership. I can’t fault it and enjoy being apart of the Evolve community. Matamata is lucky to have such a fantastic facility with expert trainers to meet everyone’s needs.
