Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic box or gym to train at. Grant and Pip are amazing coaches and just all round lovely people who take a real interest in you and your progress. The programming is challenging and pushes you to your limits but there is alot of guidance along the way. What really sets it apart from the others is the no frills approach. There are no gimmicks, no egos, just good quality training and a community that is just so supportive. If you're thinking of checking Crossfit D-Day out, give it a go! Could not recommend enough.
