Affordable membership, priceless equipment and what stands out the most is the variety of equipment. Not just your standard machines and benches you see at regular commercial gyms. Fantastic experience: I'm wasn't a gym bunny - until a few months ago! Really feel welcome here, the owner & staff welcome everyone when they come in the door. There are always people around anytime of the day - but never feels crowded. Huge range of machines & good range of classes. I'm most impressed about the diverse range of people - ages & abilities, everyone looks so comfortable, and I don't feel out of place. Fantastic experience: Best Gym in the area!!!! Gym has changed hands from the old owner to the new owner and in the last 2 years. The new owner Pawan has been at the gym day in day out everyday 7 days a week. Finding ways to improve the gym, and has done an amazing job. Just come check it out once. You won’t regret it

Fantastic experience: This gym has gone from strength to strength. The owner keeps it running like clockwork, it’s super clean and hygienic and there’s regularly new machines. There’s a good range of classes, and there’s even a sauna and massage chairs, and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: This gym is not only giving you all kind of classes and friendly staff. They clean the toilet every 30 minutes. I would say better than the 5 star hotel. I don’t have to hold it until get back home for a toilet and a shower. Also, I really enjoy the sauna and meeting lots of friendly people.

Fantastic experience: Focus Fitness Gym has exceeded all my expectations! I have been to several gyms around the world and I think I can say that this is probably the best one so far. The staff are fantastic and I am really impressed when Pawan greets each member by name. There's a great, familiar atmosphere - everything I need for a proper workout including a sauna!! It's clean, the equipment is fairly new or perfectly maintained. Thank you Pavan for this great place you have created!

Fantastic experience: Been going to Jetts New Lynn for over 7 years, came here with my brother for a few sessions and I’m ready to hang up my Jetts membership and join this gym. They have sooo many new machines I’ve never seen before that focuses on different muscles. They have two flying rear delt machines, so many cable machines and this forearm machine that works wonders. They have classes in the morning and night and have this awesome sauna. Highly recommend for people in New Lynn and even if there are a lot of people, you can still use the machines you want as people don’t hover or hog the machines

Positive experience: Lots of gym equipment, great atmosphere, friendly staff, close to home for me. Been there 6 months now and have seen a few improvement been there, new machines and expanded space. I would give it 5 star but its missing a sufficient space for a Olympic weighting for over head lifts. Although they do have the good number of rubber bumper plates there for dead lifts and cleans.

I’ve honestly been reluctant because I don’t want the gym to get any busier the atmosphere is really great and Pawan (the owner) is friendly and you can tell he genuinely cares about the gym and the people. The owner, Pawan and the staff are alway's happy, positive, and encouraging. Always willing to help out and go the extra mile for you. They love to walk around the gym getting to know everyone. It's such a great vibe. Great prices for what you get. Great range of equipment. It's one big happy community. Comes with a sauna in both the mens and women's bathrooms, massage chairs, has a protein shake kitchen, and has a private women's gyms area. It's a gym where you get excited to go workout at. Fantastic experience: I believe everyone covered all the great things about this gym. I have been training for over 25 years and I know when I see a good gym. The atmosphere is relaxed, no PTs following you around to give cheap advice and everyone seems so friendly. I drive 15 min to get to this gym and won t even consider going to a different one closer to home. The staff are very polite and genuinely nice. Can t recomand it enough. PS even my toddler loves the gym …and he complains about most things.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for 6 months now and have been really impressed with this gym. Lots of spaces to warm up and work out, a really good range of equipment and the sauna and massage chairs are great to relax in afterwards. Pawan and all the other staff always friendly and ready to jump in and help me when I’ve wanted to try new machines or tips on technique. I was spending more per week on yoga classes elsewhere so this gym is great value. No egos and lots of genuinely nice people.

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym under previous management and ever since Pawan took over more than a year ago, I've seen so many positive changes (new classes, new machines, new carpets and extension of weights area) and my personal experience in working out has gone sky high! He greets every member by name which makes this gym have a real personal touch. There is a sauna, showers, spacious changing room, lockers, security and cameras and is open 24/7 and it's also got a Woman's Only gym section upstairs. I've spoken to past members who have rejoined again since Pawan took over and spoken to members who belonged to other gyms and came over to join Focus Fitness since it's more personal, no judgement, secure and you can enjoy a variety of group glasses. By Far the Best Gym I've Ever Used :)

Fantastic experience: Knew this place precovid when B (previous owner) ran the place. After a casual session today, I can say with no doubt this gym has improved leaps and bounds. Pawan, your an absolute legend, the place looks much nicer and more spaced out. The new equipment is great too, the love and care really comes through. Fantastic experience: The gym owner is very friendly and attentive, he’s always there to help and offer suggestions. The equipment is constantly being updated and the gym consistent cleaned. It’s a great environment to train and grow. They have other facilities such as boxing area and woman’s only zone upstairs, as well as a sauna and massage chairs for that post training recovery.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend this gym enough. Under new ownership with Pawan at the helm has made a huge difference. Pawan greets you by name and is always friendly on arrival and departure. In fact you feel welcomed by all the staff. Love the Zumba classes – great way to get fit while dancing to awesome music! The gym and equipment is kept super clean and I like the separate ladies gym too. I haven’t tried out all the facilities yet but look forward to trying them out. Also, the membership cost is really reasonable. As the guy on the Dilmah tea advert says … “Do Try It!”

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of this gym nearly half a year now and most first thing you will notice is that how much owner loves and cares about his gym with a great pride. all the staff gives you very warm welcoming every time you come in. loads of equipment's that is well maintained to try, tidy bathroom & shower room, massage chair and a sauna. parking is no problem at all since parking lot is so spacious. there is nothing else to talk that this is the best gym in town !
