Our free info and demo session are essential for all new members to attend prior to starting the 2 week trial or membership.Demo Sessions run every Saturday at 10.30am or by appointment.

Core Pilates and Mind offers classes to suit all fitness and experience levels. Our goal is to work with each individual, allowing them to fulfil their mental and physical ideals. With our highly trained and passionate team, Core Pilates and Mind encourages you to come and see how you can improve your quality of life through movement and mindfulness.

Our customised and personalised classes offer exceeded health and mental well-being. We provide inclusive Pilates and Yoga classes to support self-confidence, mental clarity, acceptance, self-love and reduced stress. Choose the best class that suits your routine.

Learn the fundamentals of Pilates and how to engage your deep core and stabilising muscles in our Mat Work Pilates classes. These classes are the building blocks for your practice as they focus on correct alignment, technique and control while loading and lengthening the muscles of the body.

The perfect mind-body class. Stretch, tone and lengthen the muscles as a way to tap into the physical and spiritual body. Each instructor will guide you through traditional teachings with modifications provided for all fitness levels. These classes are the perfect way to enhance your current fitness program.

Barre class combines elements of dance, pilates and yoga, all done to the beat of music. This is a workout that will strengthen and tone the entire body! Barre is a low-impact, but incredibly effective way to exercise. Suitable for any fitness level, no dance experience required!

Working to timed intervals, the strategic combination of exercises provides for an extremely effective cardiovascular workout whilst we strengthen and condition the entire body. Low impact, but high intensity, this class will have you sweating and blasting calories all in 45 minutes.

Health and fitness should not be a chore...it should be fun! At Core Pilates And Mind we endeavour to incorporate a sense of fun into all of our classes. Our instructors will support you to gain elevated health through control, balance and strength.

At Core Pilates and Mind our small group classes are run to cater for each and every participant. Our instructors offer different levels through out the class to ensure every participant leaves feeling successful.

Fantastic experience: Jodi is the real deal for Pilates! So passionate and dedicated that students come to her to learn how to be instructors - she's training the pros, but you get to train with her too

Fantastic experience: Jodi and her team are amazing. I am so pleased to have joined pilates. It doesn't matter what age or ability, it caters for all. The reformers make it more enjoyable and I look forward to each class. You feel so much stronger as you attend more sessions and it not long before you notice a difference.
