Fantastic experience: I absolutely love training with Lily! The community she's built is so warm and supportive—every woman lifts each other up, and it's such a safe and empowering space. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, not just about fitness but also nutrition, and she always meets you exactly where you're at. I especially love that I could bring my baby along (now a toddler) —it's made getting back into fitness so much easier. Highly recommend to any new mums looking for a positive and encouraging environment!
Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Lady Lee Fitness. Lily is knowledgeable and lovely, while providing a non-judgemental and welcoming environment. I had never done any strength exercise classes before so was a real beginner but very quickly loved coming each week. Lily knows how to push you just the right amount and I feel healthier and stronger since starting in early 2025.
Fantastic experience: Lily makes lifting heavy things fun! I'm sure the laughs I have are as much a part of my healing 'getting strong' journey as the physical fitness. Lily knows her stuff which helped with my confidence after some major surgeries. Adaptable and encouraging through the hard stuff, I look forward to our sessions, and I'm already aiming higher with my goals.
Fantastic experience: Lily is an incredible trainer who has made the slightly terrifying journey of training throughout pregnancy and postpartum enjoyable, empowering and most importantly safe. I went into labour feeling strong and prepared and have eased back into exercise postpartum with the confidence of knowing I am in good hands. Lily is also fabulous with bubs in postpartum sessions! I would highly recommend Lily.
Fantastic experience: Lily and her classes are just fantastic. The classes are challenging and engaging, and fun! Lily has a wealth of knowledge about women’s health and fitness which comes through in her delivery. These classes are the longest fitness/exercise I’ve ever stuck with - love it!!
Fantastic experience: Lily is a fantastic trainer! I started training with her about 3 years ago - when my eldest was about 6 months old - and trained throughout my 2nd pregnancy until about 38 weeks. Lily is fantastic at modifying workouts so everyone can join in even if pregnant or starting out post partum. I also enjoy the social aspect of the classes and look forward to my mum chats on a Wednesday night and Sunday morning. Would definitely recommend Lily for whatever stage you are in on your fitness journey ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Lady Lee Fitness enough! Lily is incredibly encouraging and supportive, providing just the right amount of push without being overbearing. She fosters a welcoming environment that feels like a safe space for women, especially mothers, to work out and connect. The sense of community she builds is truly special, making every session enjoyable and motivating. If you’re looking for a place to get fit while feeling supported, this is it!
Fantastic experience: I see Lily one on one each week for personal training. Sometimes I bring baby and sometimes I don’t, and it’s always an awesome session! I’m feeling stronger every week. Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic trainer. Lily really knows her stuff. She teachers vital technique basics so you really get the most out of every session and see and feel a real difference in progression and performance. She's also a great person for a laugh and incredibly inspirational in her own life philosophies. I highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Lily is the best prenatal/postnatal PT I have found in Chch! Here's why: As someone who loves exercise but struggled to find myself again after having a baby, Lily's classes helped me to reconnect with my body, build strength and confidence again. I have been going for 2 years with no slowing down, my mental health has never been better. Her classes are always full of laughs, encouragement and awesome likeminded mums to hang with. Always walk away feeling better having gone even when I'm not feeling 100%. The classes are super affordable, inclusive, you can bring kiddies along (how bloody good as a time pressed SAHM) and tailored to suit a mum bod (love the focus on pelvic floor and modifying exercises for my disability!). So glad I found her and am apart of her cool community she has cultivated. Can't wait to see what this next season brings as we welcome our second bub ❤️ sign up today, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: Hands down lilys classes are the best ! She takes the time to work on your plevic floor every class which is so important after having kids !!No class is ever the same you get so much motivation and support from lily to push that little bit extra that I lacked in a gym environment I look forward to every class and all the women who attend are so cool
