Fantastic experience: Kia Ora I've been with reclaim for 2 months now... reclaim is a good place to go if ever need abit of a blow out or even if your needing to start that healthy life style that's been holding you back from doing a lot of things, any hour of the day or night. 24/7 Staff is very much friendly & helpful when in need of a few tips or even just a chat I recommend reclaim to anyone who is struggling to find that healthier lifestyle on their own, they pretty much have all the equipment you need to get started, not only that but they also run multiple classes that are beneficial to those who struggle on their own!! Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a gym to join!!, RECLAIM FITNESS hands down Is the one! sadly I had to cancel my membership shortly after signing due to personal reasons. I really appreciate how understanding and helpful the team were. Ata was super welcoming when I first visited and the gym itself was clean and well set up!. Even though it didn’t work out for me this time, I’d definitely recommend this gym to everyone and anyone!

Fantastic experience: I ended up needing to cancel my membership shortly after signing up with Ata at Reclaim Fitness due to some personal reasons. Ata and Jonah were really kind and understanding, and I really appreciated how they handled my request. When I first visited, Ata was very warm and welcoming, the gym itself was clean and well-equipped. Even though I didn’t get a chance to use the facilities, I could tell it’s a great place to start your Hauora journey. How short lived that experience was I hope to return at a later time when I’m allowed

We traveled from Doubtless Bay and it was really cool to come across to see what you've built in Kaikohe, I was blown away with the space you've created. I liked the equipment as there were many options available for all types of training whether it is machines, free weights, rowing, cable machines, rowing machines etc. As a personal training student I am incredibly grateful for the support from Trinity, who has supported me with guidance in my course and supervision on my assessments in my Certificate. If I wasn’t moving out of town I would never have left, the vibes are always good and the gym is always kept in perfect condition, everyone is respectful of others and always welcoming. Negative experience: Thanks for getting back to me. I got your email. I did not get confirmation you had revieved my cancelation letter but I opted to trust the process. I was able to check the reciepts you sent and line them up and determined I made an error, scrolling back to the past month without realising. It was alarming so i sent another mesagebvia your website. Due to no confirmation email of whether you recieved my cancelation form. I left a bad review to further get your attention. As for the BMI machine - nowherenon your website or in the conttact does it say the BMI machine is only free with terms and conditions. I wouldnt have aigned up othwewise. Also, thanks for airing my peraonal membership cancelation details in public you prick. You could havw called as I ledt you my details on both forms I filled out. I wish I wasnt ao polite on the email you prick. Also, ir doesnt matter if youre a famoly iwned business oe franchise, advertise properly. BMI machine is NOT FREE.

Positive experience: Good gym it’s well equipped and clean. I started by joining the AM group classes with Atarangi, who was a great PT. Through all the transitions to bigger and better spaces, she has continued to assist with advice and encouragement to keep pushing to reach the goals you set for yourself!

Fantastic experience: Love RF! The staff actually care about their clients and invest in their health and wellbeing. They’re very encouraging and motivational, even join in on the challenges they hold to help people get through. I’m a member at both gyms they have operating and find that both gyms have what I need depending on my plan for the day. The smaller gym allows you to take your children so there’s really no excuse for you not to join. Highly recommend these gyms and the staff there, if you join, they even give you a tour of the place and show you how to operate the machines (PS - can play card games on the treadmills so it pushes you through your walk or run).

Fantastic experience: Love going to reclaim daily, have signed my entire family up to this gym, very clean, proffesional tidy facility, we are blessed to have such a gym in Kaikohe, love that it is 24/7 and is run well with local beautiful friendly staff there during the day ready to assist if needed. If you are looking for a weights gym or somewhere to have some YOU time then reclaim is a great choice. Big space with legit equipment to cover the entire body.
