Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been training with Annette at Body By Science for just over a year, and she's been amazing to work with. I came in wanting to recover from an injury I'd been ignoring for a while and Annette was able to set the right pace and build confidence to ensure my fitness increased without aggravating the injury. I'm now fitter, able to enjoy a whole range of activities I'd been missing, and - best of all -excited about the gym again! Annette's approach has been motivating, educational, and fun. The gym itself is great. I really love that it's a small, boutique gym with everything you need. Highly recommend Annette and Body By Science!
