Fantastic experience: Flex Cambridge has such a good vibe to it and is always well looked after and clean. I signed up about 2 years ago and my confidence in the gym has grown a lot since then & I attribute a lot of this to being able to train in such a friendly and welcoming environment. Shout out to the Flex team - would definitely recommend training here :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Flex Cambridge since their opening and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! The owners and staff are friendly and approachable - such a cute community vibe. The gym is always impeccably clean and the equipment is of high standard. Top quality Hammer Strength and a very diverse range of strength and cardio equipment. I haven’t been to any group trainings, but they always look full with the same regular faces, so that speaks for that. Thank you Tony and the team at Flex Cambridge for being amazing!

Fantastic experience: I joined up Flex Fitness Cambridge this year (first time stepping back into a gym for about 25 years!) I'm totally enjoying it. The staff are all so genuinely friendly and helpful and set the tone for a very welcoming place to work out. Equipment is top quality, excellent condition and well laid out. The overall facilities are great, and... it's super clean (someone's always cleaning!) and smells good. (Best part is my amazing PT, keeping me honest - Thanks Caroline!)

I’ve always struggled with going to the gym, never had the motivation or feeling of acceptance, but wow the atmosphere, the energy, culture and people make me feel so accepted and excited to go. Flex Cambridge has made and encouraged me to be more of a gym goer by having such an amazing energy and I’m feeling so much better with myself as well. I look forward to coming and I never thought I’d say that. Also.. shout out to the cleanliness everything is so clean and well looked after. Fantastic experience: Epic crew, culture and professionalism at flex Cambridge. The team they have at flex are very professional at their roles and have such a welcoming and caring culture to all members. In terms of the gym it self, I find it to be the best flex I’ve been too with the tidiest equipment that’s always in good condition and also a wide range of equipment for us to choose from. The bathrooms/changing rooms are always in clean and good condition. As a whole I’d recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a gym to train at.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to quite a few gyms across Auckland and the Waikato and Flex Cambridge is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. The staff are friendly and welcoming and always happy to answer your questions, there’s a wide range of equipment (strength and cardio) and the gym is always very tidy and clean. The 12 month membership is great value. We are so lucky to have such a great local facility

I mostly go to the classes and they are so enjoyable and fun and it gives me a challenge. I have seen such progression with my mental and emotional well being. I especially love going to the strength classes and I love how the flex team keeps us on our toes and regularly changes the workout classes ! Fantastic experience: Great equipment and facility. Has busy periods as all gyms do, but doesn't feel crowded. Alot of serious trainers which is a great environment to be In. I've now trained at 4 different flex gyms and Cambridge is leaps and bounds ahead in terms of user experience. I enjoy being able to have a sauna when I want, easy booking through the app, then being able to have my own bathroom afterwards. Great gym!
